Ordered two of these handles one lasted a day and stopped working and the other one has lasted a week and has now stopped working! Had brand new battery’s in it but it still doesn’t lock

A little fiddly to install as you have to line up two holes through the lock mechanism for the handles, it would be good if it can with a template. You can just make your own.The battery compartment is in the handle facing the for, which makes it tricky to access once installed.The lock works great, although the app isn't the most straight forward.

This item took a while to get to fit to door, but once done worked great. Loved it, did what it was supposed to.Unfortunately 3 weeks after fitting it suddenly stopped working, had to force entry into room & remove to work out what was wrong. Had stopped working in 1 direction however could work in other so fitted it to lift the handle to open.This lasted a couple of days more til wouldn't open again, so once again forced entry & removed to find the internals of the lock handle fill out, now useless.So give good feedback on the idea & the novelty of item, but lose points for quality & durability

For the price you would of thought they had bothered putting instructions for it!! Was not helpful at all!!!

Internals fell to bit’s after a short while traditional lock and key I think

I recently upgraded to the fingerprint door lock with a charging battery and keypad feature, and I must say, it’s been a game-changer for my home security. The fingerprint recognition is incredibly fast and accurate, allowing me and my family quick access without fumbling for keys. The added keypad lock offers a convenient alternative for those times when we might not have our fingerprints available.The charging battery feature is a real plus. I no longer have to worry about changing batteries frequently, as the lock’s battery lasts a long time and is easily rechargeable. The setup was surprisingly simple, and the included instructions were clear and easy to follw.

We added these to our backdoor to prevent our 8 and 9 year olds from going outside without our supervision since we installed our new pool. These give us great peace of mind. Only my Wife’s or My fingerprint can open the door. From the outside, no fingerprint needed to re-enter the house. Very easy to install. Very happy with this purchase!!

The media could not be loaded.  I am fed up of the kids getting into the cupboard with all the presents in them! They literally know what they are having.. sucks!! This was easy to install and... it very easy to programe either your thumb ir pass code in so they won't enter!

Didn't fit my door, and it is too much work to make it "fit"
