They wear down decently quick when cutting metal, but at $5 for 50 of them that means nothing. They cut well, get the job done, and work well for small amounts of grinding too. My only complaint is I wish they came with more mandrels since they sometimes bend

I have been buying Dremel cutting wheels for decades but find it too think and prone to break. Also expensive.These are thicker and so far no issues of breakage.They cut fast but because of the thickness will cut off more.Personally that is not an issue for me

I use these discs to cut in door strikes for work. Which is cutting steel door frames in offices and commercial buildings. One disc will last long enough to cut a strike. And they don't shatter apart like other cheap discs I've tried. I would buy these again.

I tried cutting a medium size bolt in half just to try these wheels out and it did a good job quite quickly and didn't wear down wheel much. Very happy with these!
