Après montage et réglage Il fonctionne parfaitement ! SAV très performant. Seul défaut, les mises à jours ne sont pas automatiques. Mais le SAV les fournit avec une notice sur demande.

Vale veramente tutti i soldi spesi! Il prodotto arriva con libretto di installazione completo, ed il venditore si è prodigato per aiutarmi nei problemi di montaggio e setup. Bravissimo, gentile ed efficiente...LO CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE! Unico problema...ci vuole pazienza..il fuso orario con la Cina non aiuta, per cui inviare foto con richieste e problemi da risolvere che loro rispondono SEMPRE con la giusta soluzione....sono veramente ECCEZIONALI. N.B. Io l' ho montato da solo,aiutandomi con dei tutorial trovati sul Web, ma la configurazione ed il montaggio di alcune parti elettroniche sono state seguite dal venditore. Grazie Ninetom! Ne avevo acquistato un' altro su altro sito...una fregatura. Diffidate dai prezzi bassi!!!

Primero de todo agradecer al servicio técnico del vendedor su ayuda y rápida colaboración. Son atentos y responden con las soluciones muy rápido. Mi vehículo es un GLC 43 AMG del año 2.017. Instalados todos los extras. Entre ellos el sonido Burmester. Desde el equipo original hay dos cables de fibra óptica. El equipo instalado funciona correctamente con todo y va muy fluido. La calidad de pantalla es fantástica. Poseo un IPhone 13 y la compatibilidad es total . Puedo hacer mirroring y de esta manera veo en la pantalla del coche Youtube, y todo lo que hay en el teléfono móvil a pantalla grande. Buen producto y fácil de instalar. Incluso solicité el logo de AMG, y me lo enviaron. Otra opción interesante es generar una pantalla flotante del vídeo que estás viendo. Puedes moverla donde quieres, en la pantalla principal y tener el navegador y el menú de música, por ejemplo.

This is the third time I try to review this car radio, but for whatever reason Amazon has not published it. So, let's get to the point. About a month ago I bought this Autoradio, the 12-inch version with Android 12, for my MB GLC and I must say that some of the negative reviews I do not understand. Here is my experience. The car stereo arrived to me in less than 48 hours with all the accessories needed to install it in my car. For non-professionals, so do-it-yourselfers, installation takes approximately a couple of hours. There are several videos on the web (although the one indicated by the seller is not very clear). The car radio has a good resolution and the colors are also bright ( everything settable). The same goes for the speed. The setting and pairing with the smartphone works seamlessly and there are no big things to do except pressing some confirmation button. Then you have to change some parameters according to the car you install it on (especially in the "Factory Settings"). If something is not clear ( I had some connection problem between the Navigator and the Phone with Android Auto) the support from the seller is really fast (keeping in mind the time zone) and clear. Also the sound part is definitely better than I expected and the integration with the original sound system is almost perfect. Hence both the product which is a "Road Top" and the seller which in my case is Ninetom are, in my opinion, to be recommended, for the quality of the product and the professionalism of the support. I hope that over time it will continue to work as well as it does now.

Autoradio pagata oltre 600 euro dopo appena un anno di vita non dà piiu alcun segno di funzionamento contatto l'assistenza x il problema ma loro in una settimana rispondono appena due volte malapena e preciso che la radio in questione era ancora in garanzia.alla fine o concluso che la radio non vale niente e l' assistenza e praticamente nulla,morale della favola buttati oltre 600 euro nel cesso .
