Its a great set-up if you can run the pintle lock in the middle slot (as pictured) so you can push it out. If you have to put it up top its hard to grab and pull out -especially if you like to keep you hands all supple and soft and wear gloves while hooking up your tow. great product though - happy with my purchase.

This is very well built, and works awesome. I added some locking pins to keep the parts in and the entire receiver secured into the vehicle. I have a 2012 Ford F-250 with airbags, so it sits fairly high. And I only have to drop the hitch 1 space. Unless you have a large body lift, this would be enough for most trucks. I haul a small 5x10 trailer, all the way up to a 20-ft 14,000 lb skid steer trailer.

Great 100 percent solid hitch. Made in the USA. Can’t ask for anything more. Gets the job done.

This use this a lot over the summer to haul a boat. Used it for several different trailers. Having the ability to adjust the height is amazing. Finish on the hitch has been good. It is starting to show a little wear where the receiver hits it. Very heavy and well built. Friends often ask where I got it.

Rust really fast, the welds on it look horrible
