These are fantastic clamps, easy to install on our grid and they seem quite sturdy to hold securely LED lights, webcams, Kinects, HTC vive sensors.... all kinds of things... they are well made, good materials and versatile. I plan to buy more to have an assortment of clamps.

Okay, I’ll admit it — I didn’t use this for its intended purpose. I actually used it as a clamp to hold down the middle of my truck’s tonneau cover. After trying a few other things that didn’t quite fit, this little guy came to the rescue. Fits perfectly, holds strong, and now my cover stays put like it was made for it. Sometimes the wrong tool for the job is exactly the right one. Five stars for versatility and pure stubborn usefulness!

Versatile design and outstanding quality. This doesn’t move a speck and I use it for battery mounting, monitor and accessory lighting. It grips onto any size pole/pipe and doesn’t let go. Love me some Smallrig and this little gem is no exception. Buy it, it’s well worth the price.

I am using for a holder of my Aven Mighty Scope (USB Microscope) and the clamp is a very solid made nice clamp that holds the item very snug and without issue. The clamp is able to tighten as needed and even when there is a very slight pressure on the tightening of the clamp it holds and does not loosen. The quality of the clamp is a 12 out of 10. I have the clamp attached with the 1/4" thread to a boom arm. Over-all and excellent clamp!

This clamp is smaller than I imagined it would be, however it is easy to use and seems sturdy.

great clamp for large leg tripods

I sometimes shoot wild videos in strange places. I needed something that could hold my very large LED flashlight because sometimes that's the only light that works. I was concerned that this wouldn't be big enough, but after getting it, it's perfectly large. It holds a flashlight, nice and tight and I'm very happy with it. Very good quality equipment.

I've been using the SMALLRIG clamp for a while, and it’s pretty solid. The clamp attaches easily to all sorts of surfaces, with several threaded holes for cameras, lights, or whatever you may need. It’s made of a tough aluminium alloy and steel, so it feels sturdy. The max load capacity of 7.7 pounds works fine for most of my gear. One thing though, the jaws could have a bit more grip on the ends, as i found it would lose grip in certain orientations, but overall, it's a great, reliable tool. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for something heavy-duty!
