My IBCLC recommended these when I was getting recurrent clogs during breastfeeding. They don't have a bad taste at all and I can honestly say they helped!

I just purchased product in April 2024 and it expires June 2024 the month my baby arrives and I won't be able to use this product. Please send a fresh package for future customers because I just wastes $44 trying to be prepared for breastfeeding my baby.

During the first couple months of breastfeeding I struggled with clogged ducts every couple days and got mastitis 4 times. FLOW has been soooooo helpful and has cleared away my cloggs. If I feel a clog coming on…. Very very rarely now, I take two pills and it clears it up! So so thankful for this supplement!

Ever since I started using this product I never get clogs and with over producing you know how often you get them. This stuff I'd amazing!

This supplement has helped during times of engorgement to prevent clogged ducts. Whenever baby sleeps more at night, I wake up engorged and take these for prevention. It even helped to clear a clogged duct. I would recommend moms to have this as part of their breastfeeding journey!

I took this for a couple days to help with plugged ducts and breast pains since when i tried a different supplement (sunflower lecithin), it made my supply drop so I was excited that this had choline and probiotics. I wasn’t sure about the turmeric but figured it couldn’t hurt. I’m not sure if it helped since I only took it for a couple of days since I noticed my breastfed baby getting a rash on his chest after starting this. I stopped taking this and the rash went away. Could be a coincidence, but my sister (baby’s aunt) is allergic to turmeric. Maybe the baby is too. I looked up turmeric supplements while breastfeeding and there is no good research or evidence on the high doses found in supplements, or how much transfers to the breast milk. The clinical guidance generally seems to say to avoid high doses in supplements because they don’t know. Could be perfectly safe or could cause problems. Just be cautious if you have any family history of turmeric allergies! Otherwise the product was well packaged and good quality.
