Just got them recently (as in a couple of weeks) and this is the second time it has 'volunteered' to come apart from the unit. Won't use this again. Review: Very comfortable, definitely worth trying especially if you have small ear canals - The most comfortable ear pieces I have worn. My ear canals are very small and I find wearing hearing aids all day very irritating so I don’t wear them which is not good for me. I do better with these than any before. They are very small and they must be checked for security before inserting them as I can imagine they could fall off easily but I haven’t had any problems. They leave the most skin tissue exposed so the least irritation and I’ve been very happy.
