Neck part needs a redesign
The upper back part is good, but the neck bit doesn't sit against the neck.

Not worth it
It looks like it's sitting quite comfortably on the lady's shoulders and the neck bit is actually touching her skin. I was absolutely devastated when I tried this.. it's very heavy, it don't sit comfortably but is pulled backwards so the connection at the front is pulled up into your neck like your being strangled and the neck piece at the back don't go anywhere near my neck and alot shorter than it looks in the advertised pic so in all I would recommend you don't but this!!

Effective for pain relief
Suffered with rotator cuff tear & frozen shoulder. This was so helpful , the cape is of course cold coming out of the freezer but very effective to help reduce inflammation in neck & shoulders.
