I joined a health club that offered full body red light therapy. I was very leary. I started doing 10 min every day, sometimes doing it twice a day. My skin started looking pretty good. Just be realistic. If you are like totally bald-no fuzz at all, it probably won't work for you. I am waiting for the 1st person who notices my hair growth. I can't wait

Yeah - I get it. Everyone is different - I'm in my 50's and older, so maybe this is for early 'young' balding dudes in their 30's?? I have the typical receding hairline in most males with the fun crop circle of shame on top. 6-months in, zero results. I'll keep going for another 6-months to pretend I'm getting some $$$$ back, but I'm REALLY glad I didn't buy the way more expensive 'lots-o-lasers' model, or I'd be 'really' mad. I do like the fake hat that covers the beanie part - Makes it a 'hair less' humiliating.

this is the easiest cap to use, I purchased another brand at first and returned it I had to wear it for 30 minutes, this cap is only 6 minutes. I like the way it feels on my head.
