These are the best quality collar studs I found on Amazon.

Long goes in the back
Works well with the clergy collar It would’ve been nice if it had told me whether the short one needed to be in the front and the back will need to be the long one but I figured it out

I needed collar buttons. I prefer the longer one. Next time I'll go with the 6-count set found elsewhere for a lower price.

Soemtimes simpler is better. These studs easily fit into different holes in collars. Also they don't break as easily as the ones that have movable toggles and such (I got these after I stepped on one with a flip up shaft that you put throught the collar and then flipped down. It immediately broke). Nice smooth finish.

Wish I had found these sooner!
Got tired of the flimsy collar studs that break at the most inconvenient time. I'm using these for a detachable wing tip collar, and they are perfect!
