Suffering for 10 straight years of non stop SI Joint, Lower Back Pain I'm not going to say it's gone but I feel relief. I have had procedure after procuedure with pain managment no relief at all. You just have to wiggle yourself around to you find you area in need for relief. I have bought so many contrapations I thought this would be just another one I honestly was sending it back I bought didn't pain attention thought it was going to be electrical when I received it and wasn't it was going back! I then said hey like all the rest let me just give it a try I have had this agonzing aching pain right at l4/l5/S1 where I every time I sat on the toliet bent over it was brutual and I can finally say it's tolerable! I see a rating is comfort i can't rate that because when your in pain nothing is comfortable.. I would pay any amount of money to rid this pain so not everybody's monies are the same so vaule for my money was for sure a 5.I also have never written one review on amazon and I buy something every single day!

I returned this item. Too hard a surface for my hips & lower back. Also way overpriced.

Its great for what it is does but its not worth $80. I'm keeping it as a luxury, but I would say it's worth more like $30 since it's basically a plastic thing with a bunch of bumps symmetrically placed on two wings. It is very durable and holds form even with a lot of weight on it.It does a pretty good job of hitting some pressure points in the glutes, upper thighs, and lower back. It is especially helpful to stretch out the thighs and glutes when you are getting a lot of sciatic pain or have a bunch of blood pooling around your glutes and thighs.On functionality alone I would have given it 4.5-5 stars, but I gave it 3 stars because I would value it more around $30.00 for what it is.

Had trouble with lower spine , never seemed to adapt or conformed for me ,

I purchased this because i suffer with sciatica on both sides. Used it on the bed and did the exercises with my husbands assist....while doing this i noticed the soles of my feet getting numb. Did the exercises slowly. Removed the product and raised up and stood on my feet with no pain. I almost started to cry. RELIEF

This doesn’t work whatsoever. It seems like it’d be an electric massager, especially given the price, but it’s not. It’s literally a foam thing you just sit on & move around.It was actually pretty funny when I took it out of the package, because they’re charging almost $100 for a foam roller lol

I had seen the creator I believe on YouTube or social media somewhere. It did not help me at all. With that said, back pain is different for everyone. I know I ordered almost everything on Amazon trying to find relief for my excruciating pain. I ended up having surgery and finally got relief. I can only speak about my own experience. I know other people have been updated because I read the reviews before I purchased. I think one big problem with back issues is proper diagnosis. If you don't have the correct diagnosis, you are not going to have the correct tools to help.
