I don’t really write reviews. This product, however, really has made a noticeable difference in my overall outlook and mood. I have medication resistant depression, I have been on almost every antidepressant out there and I have had little to no results. I’ve even tried ketamine therapy. I could hardly believe it when, after taking this supplement for just 3 nights (dose as directed), I slept through the night which I never did before, even using melatonin and a gang of other meds. And I have been waking up in the morning feeling happy, like ready to do stuff. Previously, I could barely drag myself out of bed. So, long story short, this *hit works WONDERS for me. Maybe it will for you too. For $20 or so, I think it’s worth it to give it a try. I know I’ve found my silver bullet.

I’ve always had some trouble sleeping well and after a really bad bout of bronchitis made that tougher, I decided to try this supplement. I have to say after a week of taking them, they really seem to work. I’ve only been taking a half dose a night instead of a full dose and I feel that my mind is more clear, I’m able to fall asleep and if I do get up in the middle of the night, I’m able to fall back to sleep. The first few nights I was mistakingly taking the half dose at about 6 o’clock and by 8 o’clock, I could barely keep my eyes open. I then read that the supplement should be taken 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime. It’s a very small sample size but it feels like it’s working like it should and I’m able to sleep a lot better than I have been. I don’t feel groggy in the morning as well. I will say I think it upset my stomach a little bit a couple nights but being able to sleep better was worth it.

Am I the last to hear about 5-HTP?? It is a wonderful, highly effective sleep aid. I combine with with GABA or L-Theanine, take it 30 minutes before bedtime, and I finally sleep through the night! No more 3 am wake-ups with my mind racing. Best part is: No grogginess, and I feel more mentally sharp. My Oura ring is now telling me I got deep, restful sleep. I am perimenopausal, and I’ve tried everything, including prescriptions, and melatonin, which were awful. I love that this is a natural product and this supplement checks all the boxes for me in terms of quality, integrity, and USDA organic. This is worth trying if you are on the same journey.
