I LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE PATCHES!!! I am one that is horrible at taking pills so when I saw that I could get B complex in a patch form, I WENT RUNNING FOR IT!! I really didn’t know what to expect from them, I was in need of something that would help with my energy level. I don’t get much sleep at night, so my days drag. Or shall I say, THEY DID DRAG. They no longer do, after purchasing these B Complex patches a couple months ago. My days are sooo much better and I’m more alert and energized. I find the best placement for me is my shoulder and then I scratch it ( to me, I’m helping activate it😂). I’ve never had a problem with it falling off. I do definitely notice a difference every so often when I forget to put one on. Try it, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed!!!

Don't get it wet! It will be hard to stay on afterward.

These work really well. I feel energized when I use one. They stay on and are easy to use.

I was unsure if it work as well as the pills but once used as described it works well. Help to avoid taking the pills; just stick and go.

This is a life saver. I can tell they are working.

It’s been 2 weeks and I still have a mark where I had the patch. I really hope this isn’t permanent
