Is size 13 and size 313 the same battery?

If you mean 13 or 312, I believe they're different (and have different color stickers on them...13s are orange).

what is diffrent between 13 and 312 size

Size 13 is for a hearing loss greater than the 312. Also the two are slightly different in circumference. Your hearing aid fits only one size so be sure you know what size that is before buying.

What is the expiration date on those batteries?
