Was recommended these as a gift for stress relief by someone who works with someone who works with special needs kids and she said they work wonderfully. Definitely a great cost effective gift or stocking stuffer for the holistic people in your life needing to better deal with stress.

This patch is wonderful. I can tell it helps with calming stress and anxiety & it helps me focus.My Primary Care physician could immediately see an improvement. I'm happier. He knows about Ashwagandha and could definitely see a happier & calmer me. He wasn't aware of the Patches but said he'd let his patients know.Neighbor across the street had her son on liquid which is known for causing stomach problems. Her son now uses patch and all is well.I definitely love this product & highly recommend. I've been using this patch for about 4 months, noticing improvement after a couple of weeks.

I like how easy these are apply. Thin like a bandaid but does stay put.I notice relaxation but not drowsiness from these.

I absolutely LOVE how well these patches help me sleep soundly through the night! My Functional MD wanted me to take Ashwaganda but I don’t do well with oral pills so I thought I’d try this patch even with not great reviews. They work SO well to relax me and get great and restful sleep. I ran out and tried a different patch I had bought that had melatonin and they do not work like this one does. Highly recommend.

Not sure if the patches worked because they continuously fall off your skin. And they were not returnable. Save your money

I have been using Ashwagandha for a long time. I buy the liquid drops from a reputable company that makes outstanding products. My only complaint is how messy and sticky my fingers get after a few days using that bottle.When I saw these patches I immediately loved the idea. I still don't know of these patches will be equally effective as my liquid Ashwagandha and so far I cannot give an opinion in that respect. But I do love the idea of these patches. No sticky fingers, no uncomfortable swallowing and very easy to apply.Update : I have used the patches two days in a row. Unfortunately, comfortable as they are, the effect is not even close to what I get with my Ashwagandha drops from a reputable company.

It seems to work for the most part. I just sometimes forget to swap them out.

These patches are relatively small so they can be hidden on your body so they don't show. The package says to use them at night but I will wear them during the day also. You can get the benefits of the patch for up to 10 hours. I like to wear one if I know I will have a particularly stressful day. It helps to keep me calm and keep my mood regulated. I don't notice an increase in energy but I do notice an increase in calmness. I recommend these.
