Have been using it for a month now. So far has been performing excellently.It runs quiet. Temperatures are 20C lower than with my previous Ryzen stock cooler during Prime95 torture test as well as Cinebench R23 Stability Test. Previously Prime95 used to make the cpu thermal throttle. Installing the cooler itself was pretty simple... I did watch a couple of Youtube videos on how to install the cooler and read the manual that comes with the package.Removing the previously installed Ryzen stock cooler was tougher due to the risk of the cpu staying stuck with the cooler when the cooler is removed, had to do this one very carefully.

I was having temperature issues with a 5600G that was cooled using a 120 mm liquid AIO.Decided to go for air cooling this time, and after going through several reviews I decided to get this Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE.The CoreTemp64 screenshots I shared are testimony to the fact that my decision of getting this cooler was wise.~20°C of temperature difference at full load and ~15°C of temperature difference at idle.The CPU temp hardly reaches even mid-60°Cs even at 100% load!!!I set the PBO at AUTO in both the tests, and it seems the clock speeds have also increased drastically, thereby directly influencing the system performance.I found only one drawback and it is relate to the packaging of the item. As shown in the images, the edges of the packing box were dented. However, all items in the packaged box were intact. Also, one stack of cooling tower fin was slightly bent (although not serious and I could re-bend it back to normal). The fans were also working perfect and they run at 100-101.5% of the RPM they are advertised as.Will see if any issues comes along with the warranty. I mean, what can happen to a piece of metal? If the warranty issue arises then it'd perhaps be related to the fans. But Thermalright do not have any servicing mechanism in India and one might have to send it directly to Taiwan, if and when the situation arises. Unless Amazon helps in this regard (which they said they will, when I called the Amazon customer services about this matter).Overall I am happy with this product. These tests further confirms the previous tests using CPU-Z. The CPU temperature hardly rises till mid-60 degree Celcius, even while utilization both the CPU & dGPU at c.a. 100%. Even the dGPU temperature do not seem to be affecting the CPU temperatures.

Used it for 5600X system built inside NZXT H510 Flow. Installation was quite easy since AM4/AM5 boards don't need to remove the backplate. Peak gaming temperature has been reduced from 87-90°C to 57-62°C compared to the stock cooler. Noise level is allright, nothing special to brag about and build quality is good for it's price. The complete cooler is quite big obviously so take your RAM height, Case and motherboard space into consideration.

Haven’t installed it yet because I’m unable to purchase DDR5 RAM due to its overhyped prices. About the cooler it's good.

It's a decent CPU cooler which has kept temps low and reduce temps quickly when the load drops. Used MX-6 thermal paste, although a thermal paste is provided with the product.Price can be lower.

It was a bit difficult to install this due to the precision it needs with those two screws, but once installed, even with a cinebench multi core test for Ryzen 7 7700X, the CPU did not throttled though the temps did reached 95.It's a great price to performance, feels premium, runs very quiet even at max speed.

Grandioser CPU Fan.Die Preis-Leistung von diesem Ding ist bemerkenswert.Kuehlt alles, hoerst nichts von und kommt guenstig daher. Wer seine Maschine lieber im Kirmes-look haben will hat pech gehabt.

Zeer degelijke cpu koeler. Koelt zeer goed en is van uitstekende bouwkwaliteit. Wel letten op RAM hoogte, maar de koelfan kan wel nog hoger geplaatst worden indien nodig.
