Great bars, especially for beginners.
These bars are a great value. I never clay barred a car before, but I was very pleased with the performance of these. They are very easy to use. I used about 1/4 of a bar at a time. Expect to use 1/4 to 1/2 of a bar per session. I probably could have gotten away with 1/4 bar, but I dropped one early on in the process (If you drop it, throw it away). To lube the bar, I simply used a small amount of car wash diluted in a spray bottle, and that worked just fine. I folded over the clay as it became dirty to reveal a fresh surface. These bars are great for getting off those stubborn bug splats and other spots that just won't come off in a car wash. They are gentle enough that they won't harm your car paint. I didn't want an aggressive bar - I will leave those to the professionals. I just wanted to get the ground-in dirt off before I waxed the car. BTW, I used the clay bar on one of the glass panels and it cleaned it as well. There was a noticeable difference in the glass after I squeegeed it dry. I couldn't believe how much dirt the clay bar removed. You really should do this before you are going to wax or re-wax your car. These bars are a great value. I can highly recommend them.

Shocked at how easy it was.
I’ve never used a clay bar before and did about 5 min of research before using it. That being said I’m sure I didn’t do it like the pros but never the less it worked perfect. I didn’t have any “luber” so I went with the water with a couple drops of soap in a spray bottle method. I have a white car with several dirt and water marks that would never come off in the wash. I received the clay bars which were neatly packed and got straight to work. I sprayed the soap solution on the door panel with the stains and started rubbing the clay left and right. The dirt was melting off the car. I was very impressed. What I though would be 2-3 min of worked turned into 30 min of claying the entire car because it was getting so much dirt and imperfections of. I was shocked at how great the car looked after. It was glowing and I was very happy with the results. If I would have known it was that easy I would have done it much sooner. To reference I drive a model 3.

Great Value and it works! But sticky without lube.
It works great and it’s hard to beat the value. My only gripe is that it’s stickier out of the box than other clay bars I’ve used. When you handle it without lube it sticks to your fingers. For instance, I like to cut them into pieces before use, and while in use if I didn’t spray my fingertips or both sides of the clay, it stuck. It leaves remnants when you pull it off. The remnants are easily removed but this didn’t happen with Meguiars and Mothers clay bars I’ve used. Also, when you set it down for a period of time it “melts”, not into liquid form, but it doesn’t hold its shape and ends up spreading and sticking to whatever you put it on. With that said, it’s fine when lubed and it does a great job, as expected. An added bonus, these seem slightly larger than other clay bars. I cut them into pieces anyway, so I’ll get more uses out of these bars.

Great buy and easy to use!
my car was in the body shop for a month and came back with a lot of specs all over the car even the windows. I did my whole vehicles all windows n windshield included and it came out amazing. it took out every single spec from the paint and it didn’t scratch the paint at all. Very easy to use. took me about 2.5-3.5 hours start to finish. i am extremely happy with the results.

Not All Clay Bars Are The Same
For the price & general usage, these clay bars work decently. I was able to remove many spots & it left no residue. However, I found a lot of difficult spots that the IPely would not remove lubed with soap or clay bar lube. I broke out some ancient "Mom's" & it removed almost all of those spots. My guess is that there is a little more abrasive to the name brand mentioned than these. I will continue with these for general use & then follow behind with my name brand. The benefits of this 2 step method is 1) not using more abrasive than I need to on my paint, 2) saving the more expensive clay bar by using only on tough spots. Would I buy again? yes, most probably as money is always an issue for me so I try to get more bang for my buck (I have a large truck & it requires several days to clay). If money is no object, then I'd go with a name brand exclusively if you don't fear that it is more abrasive than you need.

These Are Freakin' Awesome!
It's very easy to tell if you need these. Go to the car wash, and towel dry your paint if you need to. Then run your fingers and palm along the paint. If it's not glass-smooth and/or you can feel any particles at all stuck on the surface, you need these clay bars. Or if you've just noticed that while your car is clean, it just doesn't seem as nice as you think it should after having been through the wash. These bars work like magic. VERY IMPORTANT: Do not drop these on the ground. If you do, you'll end up with grit and other hard pieces that will scratch the crap out of your paint. Don't talk yourself into picking the pieces out, because you won't get them all out and the slightest particle will destroy your finish. If you drop it on the ground throw it away and be happy that you have 3 more bars. You do not use these bars dry. The drag is ferocious if you do and you'll leave smears of clay behind. These are intended to be used with liquid. For painted surfaces, I use a spray bottle of detailer. I do this, because it's made to use on your paint anyway so it won't hurt anything. I'll just spray maybe 2 square feet at a time and then start gliding the clay bar over the sprayed area. You don't have to push down really hard at all. As you do this, you may start to feel the bar drag at some point. If you do and you're not done, just throw another squirt of spray down to keep it lubricated for a smooth glide. When you're done, wipe it up with a microfiber towel or equally appropriate cloth. Then run your hand down the area you just did and feel for yourself the huge difference. You may not notice a difference if your car is brand spanking new, since the grunge buildup hasn't had time to accumulate. Now, here's a bonus use for you. I suspected this would work and I was right... Your car windows! This is a big deal. Tell me you're not sick and tired of trying and trying to clean your windows. You clean and clean and finally think you're done and then after you step in any direction, you keep seeing that it's not clean at all. A sledge hammer would take care of it for good, but that's not good for extreme temperatures or rain, so lets just clean them properly instead. I'll do a quick traditional clean with window cleaner first. Then, I get another bar out and spray down the window with glass cleaner and go to work with the bar on the glass. Same method as before, only this time the lubricant is window cleaner. I use a different bar than on the paint because I don't want window cleaner getting rubbed onto my paint surface. Maybe it won't do anything, but I just want to make sure. It might take a little bit, but when you're done, your glass will be beautiful. You shouldn't need the bars on the glass inside, because that kind of grunge usually doesn't accumulate like that inside the car.

Rimuove tutto senza creare danni. Molto soddisfatto
