Yes, it works just fine with my Pixel 7 Pro.

Screen protector safe with this case?

It works with the Supershieldz tempered Glass screen protector. No issues with the case combined with the screen protector. But I don't recommend the Supershieldz - it makes the finger print sensor useless. The case is great at has saved the phone already.

What the differnce between this and the liquid air version they look the same?

Very similar. The liquid air is more textured/grippy.
