This is a great modern take on a classic game. It’s so much more fun since the dice are big and colorful! It’s easy to play and requires no set up!

The Yardzee Outdoor Game with Bucket came in a box that can be easily wrapped for a gift. Everything can be compacted to place back into the box for easy travel as well. It takes up less space than keeping everything in the bucket for travel and will fit into a corner of your vehicle, closet, etc.This outdoor game comes with instructions and large reusable game cards for three different games. Each game card is double-sided. The game set also includes a collapsible bucket with a locking lid, 5 dry erase markers, and 6 darker colored wooden dice.The collapsible bucket needed a decent amount of pressure to push the bucket into its form. The lid twists to lock into place to keep the items from falling out during storage or travel. I love this feature on the bucket. We did struggle a bit with collapsing the bucket. You have to push in the green sides of the bucket as you are collapsing or it will not go down all the way. Once we figured that out, it was an easy fix.The dice are darker than shown in the picture. I love the dice, but the black dots are a little harder to see. It would be better if the dots were a lighter color. They are wooden and appears to be sturdy. Be cautious not to roll or toss the dice on a hard surface such as pavement, rocks, etc. due to scratching or chipping the dice.The markers work well on the score cards. You can use a lightly damp cloth to remove the writing and start a new game. Be sure to dry the cards or the marker will not write properly. Any dry erase marker will work on the score cards. The score cards are printed in larger print and easier to read.This game can be played in most weather conditions. It also worked on short carpet when it was raining heavily. I would not use it on wooden floors or it can scratch the floor. I'm looking forward to taking this game with us to the park, beach, or outside on nice days.

We got to play this a couple times before the weather turned bad, and it was a lot of fun, even for our 4 year old. Looking forward to playing again next year (or maybe we'll play it inside during the winter). The dice are nice and big, though I feel like the paint is a bit thin and would definitely recommend making sure its dry outside before using them. The included markers feel very cheap, and I don't expect them to last more than a year, but thankfully dry-erase markers should work on the laminated scorecards. The scorecards are nice, and I do like the included collapsible bucket for storing the dice. The biggest complaint I have is that the score sheets don't fit in the bucket. I ended up destroying the box, so now I just have the scorecards sitting on top of the bucket in my garage. It works, but I feel like it was a lost opportunity to not be able to store everything needed for the game in the bucket.

These are large dice, but not huge. I thought they would be bigger.It's a fun twist for an outdoor activity. Younger kids will still have fun just rolling the dice. Older kids and adults can play the game.The bucket collapses but I don't really see bothering to collapse it. I keep it up so I can store the dice. I don't see flattening the bucket and keeping the dice somewhere else.

This is an awesome backyard game. This is great when having a party to have for guests to play and enjoy. The dice and parts area all nice quality and well made. This would make a wonderful birthday or Christmas gift as it's something that everyone could use to entertain. Great for kids of all ages because the littles will have fun stacking the dice.

The media could not be loaded.  When ordering I didn't pay much attention and thought I was just ordering yardzee so I was pleasantly suprised when it arrived and I found there were two other games included in this set.I almost threw the dry erase markers out because they were packed in the Styrofoam facing the bottom of the box. So if you think you are missing them check the foam.The dice are wood and generally good quality, some imperfections are shown in the video. The bucket is a sturdy collapsible bucket with a twist lock lid. I had a hard time uncollapsing it at first but after collapsing and uncollapsing a few times it loosens up. Although I'm not sure why I'd want to collapse it since it stores everything. It was nice to have laminated score cards that can be used over and over but annoying that they dont fit upright in the bucket so if I wanted to keep it all together they will be stored in a half circle and likely take on that bent shape over time. Really wish the sheets were short enough to fit without bending so I took one star off for that.Overall very excited to make this a new staple to our outdoor games.

I love this set! I like that all the pieces show away in a bucket and that it is easy to pack and go - the beach, the park, camping…Some of the colours make seeing the dots difficult. I will probably paint some of them white to better contrast. Otherwise, it contains the most portable dice games for a fun party type atmosphere!
