I get restless legs almost every day, combined with horrible muscle pain. I wouldn't be able to get ANY sleep if it weren't for this lotion! It tames my muscles enough so that I can fall asleep for awhile. I literally can't live without it. Thank you, epsom-it!!!

I love this stuff! I have MS and regular muscle spasms. If you get muscle cramps rub it in as they are occurring and you will get relief! I also had a fall and rubbed it in to my sore muscles. It is great after a warm soak in the tub. It absorbs well and is unscented and sometimes I will combine it with one of my favorite scented creams.

It Reid ed some of the inflammation but it lasted only a couple of hours.

This product is excellent. Really helps my tired feet. Every evening I use Epsom -it. Wish I had before now. I am not running out of it.Very good.

I have not used it every day, but the two nights I did apply it to the lower back and left side hip, I was able to sleep better, with less discomfort, and was able to stretch more the next morning. I was skeptical about ordering this product, but I am glad I did.

Didn't seem to help

Epsom-it muscle lotion is the best! It's great for relieving muscle pain without a bunch of chemicals. Best of all, it's really fragrance free, which is a blessing for those of us who are odor sensitive.

The product seems to offer relief to the pain I have been experiencing. Would purchase again.
