It's pretty much everything it says it is. It's just a mat. I bought this for my son so he could put it down on the grass and hit his practice balls without carving out massive divots in my beautiful yard. Does exactly what I need it to do. I didn't think it was super durable looking when it arrived all rolled up, but once unrolled and used, it does what I needed it to do. This does NOT have a tee.

The mat is the right size, durable and easy to work with.

Product so thin and doesn’t even sit on flat grass cut low . Like hitting balls off a wavy carpet . I use it as a target instead of a hitting matt

The price might be decent but the product is not what the pictures actually depict. The overall size is not big enough in reality and it tends to shift on hard wood surfaces every time I hit a shot…

I used for few months now but it is bend making it hard to use.
