Decent, sturdy, stainless steel (Chinese means it will rust eventually), but not bad. The welds are tiny tiny, not sure how this construction will wear after many cycles of use. These mop racks appear all identical just different "brands", most likely the same plant makes these for a zillion sellers. Comes with 3M adhesive strips, screws. Easy to install and tough to keep all my brooms in one place. it came with screws and a bouble sided tape, i used the tape and it was perfect so far.
