Unfortunately, I didn’t see or feel any noticeable results.

I just started taking them, so can’t really judge on their performance. However, i noticed that whenever i mix it in water, it doesn’t really dissolves. But just stays at the bottom of it. I follow all the instructions though. Maybe I am going smth wrong

I really like this. No taste at all. I add it to my water after my last meal and first thing in the morning I have a nice bowl movement with no cramping .

I like these probiotic packets. I read some other reviews where people didn't like them because they didn't dissolve. I put it in coffee, and it dissolves well. When I put it in water, I shake it up. If it doesn't dissolve, I let it sit for a couple of minutes, and it dissolves. I love that it has no taste, and it works well for me.

I love this product. I have bought it several times. I normally add it to my coffee or my water with my water flavoring.
