Does what it’s supposed to do. Only downside does not have a mat for hardwood floors or tile.

I’ve tried out several different play pens like this and I would say this one is middle of the road. It’s got a nice big size but one downfall that comes along with the rectangular shape is that there are 3 different size poles when setting up that can be a pain to figure out which goes where. The instructions aren’t very helpful for figuring out which poles go where either. The instructions do give some tips on an order to assemble to make things a bit easier though. The poles in this one are thinner than others I’ve tried and also don’t have the metal buttons that click into place. This makes it harder to get the to fit in together especially the last couple pieces and they don’t seem to hold as securely. Also only the top section of pockets for the poles had any sort of padding. If you buy a pad for the bottom that should help with those but the upright poles are all still unpadded. Another feature I’ve noticed with these kind of pens is that many, like this one, just have little flaps with Velcro that cover the joints. I can say from experience that these make it super easy for the kiddo to pull the flap up and have access to those joints which can cause finger pinches and even cause the joints to break or pull apart if the kiddos are smart enough. I much prefer the pens that have one big piece that folds over the whole top rail and is held snuggly at the corners in addition to the Velcro. As far as durability the zippers and seems to seem pretty durable and well made on this pen which is one of the redeeming qualities. These are definitely not the type of pens that you will want to regularly disassemble and reassemble especially with it being so large and the confusing pole lengths. If you do break it down to store in the bag it’s a bit of a tight/tricky fit. It does all fit though. Overall as mentioned this is a decent pen and will likely work ok but it probably wouldn’t be my first choice.

I am in awe how large this playpen got from such a small package! It is true to size, measures exactly at 71" x 59". There's more than enough room inside to lie down flat, I would say probably fitting 4 small to medium sized adults lying down side by side comfortably? For a baby or toddler, this is more than enough room for all their favorite toys. It will provide them with all the space they need to crawl and explore while keeping them contained in a controlled environment.The quality feels decent enough. The sides are well padded to prevent any injuries. Putting it together was a breeze as well. It took me maybe 15-20 minutes with a few glances of the instructions every now and then. As long as you put all the tubes together first in the right order before inserting them into the pen itself, you're gonna do alright. I would say though, this playpen is NOT portable so don't expect to fold it away or bring it to places. Once its set up, its set up. And make sure you have enough space as the footprint of the playpen would take up the majority of any room.
