I used it a Tamale pie.And other things. It's great in a ham and cheese omelette.It's a great addition to salsas.It's worth the price because its a necessary ingredient for Mexican food dishes.

Great to have on hand and...
I got a great price. I use green chilies in a wide variety of ways so these are just good to have around. Good flavor, wish they were a little hotter but for some reason the "hot" ones are twice as expensive. Overall happy with the purchase.
