A great journal for mindfulness
This journal is pretty great from start to finish. It comes in a nice box and the journal itself is wrapped in tissue paper, which makes it great for gifting. The faux leather cover material used is soft to the touch and the binding is well done. The journal does not feel cheap at all and the pages are not thin so you can easily turn them and write with various inks with bleeding through. The design of the journal is great because it has the page saver ribbons attached to the journal so no need to find something else that can be lost or fall out. The content of the journal is amazing. Not only is it a nice design, but the fact the each chapter has weekly topics, it allows for more time to grasp the concepts and work through the strategies and techniques. The daily themes and prompts pull you in and get you thinking while the daily affirmations and gratitudes lift you up. The illustrations and diagrams are very helpful for visual stimulation and understanding of what you need to do and how to do it. This journal is very helpful for mindfulness and understanding oneโs self. It is definitely a great value for the money and is great for anyone needing a pick-me-up or an outlet. It is something to work through, grow while doing it, and very easy to use.

I was sceptical, but journaling has now become part of my routine, thanks to Vibe journal
I'm a guy who for years frowned at "mental wellness" growing up with phrases like "man up" and "get on with it". After a tricky divorce, a subsequent job loss and at an all time low, I eventually turned to therapy. I went for months (can't recommend it enough) but now, 18-months later I regulate myself by journaling. I started with Vibe journal, and I was sceptical, but it eventually became part of my routine. I never finished my journal, it was that good... It really helped me to reflect when I wasn't putting pen to paper about what I'd be writing tomorrow. I keep it on the edge of my desk and go back to it whenever life gets on-top of me and I need to rebalance myself. I cannot recommend Vibe journal enough. There's lots of prompts to help you. Start small, there are no rules, write as little or as much as you like. Remember, it's your journal. The quality is fantastic, and well worth the money. The paper is thick, the book has a great feel to it and is faux leather bound. The paper is also thick and great quality, and the whole thing comes in a neat box for storage.

I wanted to start journaling as part of my personal growth and development plan toward improving my mental health. Aside from this being a completely foreign exercise, there was the lingering thoughts of "where/how do I start" and "not sure what benefits comes out of this"... As you progress, it's an iterative process of introducing (1) a new concept or takeaway, (2) relevant stories and (3) actionable items to incorporate into your daily life. JOURNAL FORMAT It's broken down into four small chunks, which I feel is a great way to start for those who are brand new to it. I found myself expanding on my thoughts more and more as I progressed, and now I can't wait to check out the rest of their journal series once I've graduated from the Vibe Journal. So happy I purchased this, and you will be too!
