I enjoyed this kit because it gives you a little bit of everything. I didn't necessarily need everything in this kit, but it made me feel more prepared to have on hand, i can see other mothers needing at least 3 things in this kit at some point during their recovery.

For the breastfeeding essentials: the gel packs are amazing for warming to use during breastfeeding or pumping. I even bought extra of those so I could have some frozen for any breast pain between feedings/pump sessions, but always used warm ones during sessions. The silicone pump is just like the haakaa and was great for catching on the other breast during feedings. The lansinoh nipple cream was my favorite. I tried a few brands, but this was the least sticky and most soothing.For the postpartum bundle: Firstly, the therapy packs were great. I put them in the freezer and used them in my underwear. I had horrible bruising and tenderness, so these really helped with relieving those problems. I loved this wash bottle, it was so easy to use and made cleansing my perineal area so much easier. I put a gentle soap in the bottle with warm water during showers, and put lansinoh sitz bath salts in it with warm water to cleanse and sooth after urination. After cleansing, I would use the herbal postpartum spray and it really helped with soothing and healing, because I actually didn't use the spray for the first couple of weeks and once I started using it I noticed a significant difference.
