Delicious, just beware it’s got a bit of caffeine in it

Lower on sugar decent price and most of all tastes good.

I always have 1 of these around they are great flavors for electrolytes replenishment I usually struggle with this and tend to get dizzy and fatigued. The one downside is I wish they had this flavor caffeine free and that they made it easier to tell that this one has caffeine. Because I didn't notice it when I bought this initially

Very high in sugar!!! Not suitable for type 2 diabetes. Didn't realise and been drinking it in the mornings and spiking my bloody sugar, feeling absolutely awful.

2hr run with much of it feeling unpleasant. Spent the rest of the afternoon feeling sick and visiting the loo alot! I wouldn't use this again hydration powder again. Have done a search I think its the Magnesium lactate that caused the problem. I compared the ingredients to my previous drink (different brand) and they didn't use this in theirs, having had no issues with the previous brand this is where I draw my conclusion.

Flavour is subtle, which is enjoyable.

This was the only electrolyte powder mix I could find that had actual sugar in it. Yes, there’s quite a bit but I didn’t find the drink to be cloyingly sweet and I made it up according to the instructions. It’s got a nice flavour with none of the weird aftertaste found with artificial sweeteners and stevia. Unlike some reviewers, I didn’t find that it dissolved fast. I had to stir it for quite a while before I saw no powder left at the bottom of the glass. I give the product a 5/5 stars…the 4 stars are for Amazon. I found it cheaper by over $11 CDN at blacktoerunning, an American company that will ship free to Canada with a $75 order.

I use Skratch to stay hydrated when cycling. Also provides me an energy boost.

Great hydration mix, not to sweet and doesn’t bug my stomach!

My husband is an avid mountain biker and hunter and loves this stuff. It’s very easy to mix and actually works quickly. He also works at a job that saps a lot of energy. When it’s been an extremely hot day he will use this when he gets home and it works wonders.
