Does it cover the bottom of the ac?

It did not have a piece specific to fit under the ac unit but there was enough extra I was able to insulate under.

Can this be reused/reinstalled on the same unit? I remove my a/c at the end of summer.

I am not sure about this as the top part of this product has double-sided tape to seal everything together and that may be an issue. I would reach to the manufacturer on this one.This is my first winter using it and I never remove the a/c for the windows that I use it for.Sorry I could not be certain.

Does it come with white tape to hide imperfections of where the panels meet like I see in some pictures?

the tape is on the back. Once you cut the item to your desired measurement then you will remove the tape from the back so it can stick which is mostly for the top piece to bring it all together. Measure twice cut once....

Will this help with cold air coming through the window?

ITHe panels keep the cold air from coming thru the side panels and around the AC. However, I had to get a separate cover to go over the front of the AC.

Perfect solution

Super easy to install and looks very clean, like it’s part of the wall (I have white walls). It’s very well padded, made of durable nylon type fabric on one side and dense foam on the other. The sticky side was great and feels like it won’t budge. Great seal and easy to cut to fit my window. I love that I can keep it up year round too, 10/10

Good Product

I had installed an air conditioner in my window and the side plastic panels did not do the trick to seal it well. I ordered this and it took me a bit of patience but is perfect.

Decent quality, useful, add gaff tape.

Overall, A decent product that serves a good purpose. Someone said use an exacto knife. My experience was the opposite. I couldn't make a good cut with the blade, but made cleaner cuts with my scissors. I guess the quality of my scissors was better than the quality of my blade. Also, buy a roll of white gaff tape. Not the cheap stuff, but good quality gaff tape. I used gaff tape all around the edges and it really helped me seal things up nicely.
