I lift heavy, and often. I use these straps 4 times a week for bench press, dumbbell presses, and shoulder presses. I’m on my second pair now, the first lasted me about 18 months before the Velcro started to deteriorate. They fit great and I notice a huge difference in my lifts when I use these straps. I can lift more and my wrists aren’t sore at all. Compared to the prices of other wrist straps out there, I was worried that for this low price, they wouldn’t work well. I’m happy to say that they work phenomenally and I would highly recommend these!

Overall these wrist straps are great given the price. I only rated it 4 stars because they are starting to wear but they are still useable! These are very versatile, I use them for bench press to keep my wrist stable. Designed well, not to big or small and easy to adjust. They work great for the price and I would recommend

Jacked up my wrist in a E bike accident 5 months ago. Used that as an excuse to stop lifting. Slowly started to get back into working out but my weak wrists were stifling my potential gains. Bought these bad boys on a whim a couple weeks ago and now I'm doing legit 25-40% more weight at higher intensity then before. The stability is crucial for chest and shoulder days, but now I just use them all the time. Also work great for heavy bag work and I even use them on the hunting lease when lifting 50lb bags of corn. I like the thumb loop it keeps it from sliding, My fit bit works fine pushed up high on the arm. I recommend them even if you don't have wrist issues. They feel solid and are totally adjustable.

I picked these up for weight training, specifically dumbbell pressing heavy. I noticed less pressure on my wrists and they assisted in supporting my wrists in a comfortable and favorable position. They work! Although, I wish they could be more comfortable. The material is rigid (as expected) and the top and bottom edges really dug into my skin. With the effort needed to put them on and off between sets i opted to pass them off to a friend. They really are not bad and for the price i would recommend them if you're having wrist problems and need additional support.
