I had a few days of really bad nausea which was causing me to sit somewhat motionless for long periods of time. I had moved onto this multivitamin from my old multivitamin which had iron, and I thought this one would be good for me. I wondered if the creatine was making me ill (stupid idea) but as soon as I removed this multi vitamin from my diet, my head and body improved. It's weird because I know there were some ingredients in this multi that were helping me, but the nausea just isn't worth it, I can't afford to lose hours of my day. It's funny because I'm feeling sick just seeing the Opti-Men container on the computer whilst I review it.

I can't knock the product probably does work really well for most but partly my own fault I didn't research some of the ingredients in the product and a few of them are absolutely no go for diabetics like myself. After just two days use I was having a problems with my kidneys and constant high blood glucose after taking the vitamin. It might just be me and a rare case but if you are a diabetic I would avoid and not make the same mistake as me of not researching ingredients.

First time I’ve ever written a review. I am a fit and healthy 42 year old, no health issues, train pretty much every day, eat healthy etc etc but these vitamins have made me feel terrible I stuck to the directions, taking 3 tablets a day at meal times, and felt awful, stomach cramps, wind, nausea..... So I have dropped to one tablet a day, and I still feel rough as hell, diarrhoea, nausea, stomach cramps etc....not sure what it is, never had a problem before with multivitamins, but, I’m done, I’ve stopped taking them and I feel better.... Sorry it’s negative, just thought I best let people know.....

Don't buy this rubbish. Go to iHerb and get the higher dosage ones. As others have said you used to able to buy the higher dosage ones here but apparently not anymore. The fact they make it hard to see the dosage on amazon is a disgrace. Avoid. Why isn't there a zero star rating?

Ingredients per tablet have been reduced about 10 times [reduction actual varies for each ingredient] since I last bought Optimen a few ears ago. Check the old labels of THE SAME product online and you will see. Look at mg per serving amount. Such a nasty surprise from the established company! P.S. I understand the health safety issues. Previous amounts were absolutely unhealthy if consumed for prolonged period. But for temporary endurance needs they had their fine. Still that's not the reason to keep absolutely the same label, except for the numbers.

I always bought these multivitmains and one a day resulted in yellow urine meaning I was getting more than enough nutrition. The new batch do nothing for me, having no affect on urine or feeling of wellbeing. I guess they reduced the formula to save money.

Franchement, d'habitude je ne laisse pas d'avis. Soit je recommande, soit je jette à la poubelle. Là, ce produit méritait un retour. Dès la première prise, l'élan est revenu. Pas un coup de fouet, de l'envie, et une lucidité nette. Le brouillard est tombé. Au gym, le mur n'est jamais venu. En cardio, j'avais encore de la marge en m'arrêtant. Sur les charges, je suis monté à des poids que je ne pensais pas toucher. Le plus frappant, c'est le retour. D'habitude je rentre en survie ; là, encore de l'énergie et l'esprit clair. Et les démangeaisons ont disparu, plus de grattage, plus de boutons, plus de bouffées de chaleur. Le lendemain, les courbatures étaient là mais légères, sans commune mesure avec d'habitude. Côté libido, pareil : normalement il me faut des heures après une séance. Là, non. Les comprimés sont gros, mais vu le nombre d'ingrédients c'est logique. J'ai remarqué aussi que l'urine devient jaune radioactive, mais après recherche c'est simplement dû au dosage abondant de B2 qui fait son travail et qui sort. Bon signe, tout simplement. J'avais de vraies carences. Franchement, ce produit est TOP.
