I use it as a cream and also as a hand wash. I'm don't know if it would be beneficial if the skin is weeping but I don't think it would be at all harmful. **Q: Has anyone used this on an 8w old? Please I already use the 500 gram** A: I use a metal edge to prise the cap off, reach inside and push the base back down to the bottom then refill 3/4 with cream from larger container.
