Excellent bit of kit.
Brought this for Christmas lunch, it worked very well and pleased to say it did what it said on the label. Very easy to clean and heat retained for hours. Excellent piece of kit. Easy to store and excellent price.

Very efficient at keeping foods warm
Nice food warmer, good to look at except lids which look cheap and nasty. Very good heat distribution and variable settings keep veg nice and warm prior to serving. A real boon for our Christmas lunch. Would recommend.

Was an ideal addition to the kitchen for serving all the family from over Christmas. Food stayed nice and hot.

Plastic lids cracking.
Works well but unfortunately, plastic lids are all cracking which is very disappointing. They are not of reasonable quality. However, the supplier has been very understanding and helpful.
