I bought these after reading that Selenium helps you sleep better. After using these for a while, I would say that's true. Also, I enjoy the slightly weird dreams it seems to give me - well worth it!

I use selenium to potentiate the effect of my prescribed meds for thyroid. I believe the meds are more effective as a result. I do have some difficulty swallowing the tablet as it is obviously dry and does not just slip down the throat. I compensate by drinking several slugs of water to wash it down.

Same as the Lindens Oregano, had these for years and they're great but I've now progressed to another brand at a higher doseage and notice the difference.

Bought these because three months after having nasty bout of flu for 8 weeks I was losing a lot of hair each day. This reduced after about a week and virtually stopped three weeks after starting on these. Cannot guaranntee that it was the product but as selenium is needed for hair happy to believe I was somewhat deficient after illness and that these really helped. I like Linden products because you get simple packaging (rather a large bag for the number of tablets but they seem to use the same for a whole range of products so maybe some are bigger) and you feel that the ingredients are well sourced and not synthetic. Recommended make - now taken up the one a day multivitamins as a general booster.

I bought this as I thought it might be useful for hair and nails, I wasn't wrong. The strength in my nails has improved immensely. The selenium is paired with zinc which is useful for the immune system. I would recommend this product.

I have been taking these alongside biotin now for around a month. I have an underactive thyroid and while I am on tablets for this my nails seemed to flake and peel & my hair very brittle no matter what. After taking these both together I have now managed to actually grow my nails and they are now really strong so I have noticed a big difference there. My hair isn't as bad but time will tell with that.

Das Nahrungsergänzungsmittel ist angenehm einzunehmen und gut verpackt, allerdings bin ich nicht sicher, ob die Aluminiumbeschichtung innen Substanzen an das Mittel abgibt. Aluminium ist ja eher schädlich für unseren Körper. Von der Wirkung habe ich bisher noch nichts Auffälliges an Veränderungen wahrgenommen.
