**Q: How long would it take to lose belly fat using this**
A: Well, you can't lose belly fat with this, it can assist, that' s true but fat it's lost through diet ( ex: loss of 500 Calories ) you know 
But i garantee that using the wheel it will greatly help you chizzel / Shredd your abs 
It'a a must in your workouts ;)

**Q: Is this an assisted ab roller?**
A: Er, no. Just you and it. Kneel on floor, hold on with both hands, roll it away from you, roll it back to you. Repeat. 
The better your stomach muscles get, the flatter you will be at the extremity of your 'roll-it-away-from-you' phase. 
Remember to take it gently when you start. Just because you can do 30 on your first attempt , doesn't mean your stomach muscles won't be painful the next day or four! I write with experience!!

**Q: Once assembled, there is a gap between the rollers. It's this normal because there is no gap in the product advertisement?**
A: Yes. Similar small gap on ours but doesn’t affect how it works so it hasn’t been a problem.

**Q: As the wheel is not soft rubber, i was wondering if it will rotate freely when used on laminate flooring? I don't want it to slide instead of rolling.**
A: Hi, I thought exactly the same and wondered if I should of bought a sturdier one . But it’s perfect for using on a laminate floor. I’ve been using mine nearly everyday for 3 weeks and it’s never slipped once .

This is a new Spin on Ab Exercises quite literally it seems, so a welcome addition to the other Workouts out there and not as hard as it may Look...... OK I sound like an expert and Fitness Fanatic but I’m neither....... lazy if anything but this is a Welcome addition when I can make the Time and Space needed in my Flat for this Floor exercise (Box Flat oK it’s Spacious enough for one) and is a welcome addition to my Stomach Cruncher and Bench Sit Up for Ab exercises as they say Variety is the Spice of Life makes it sound like I’m doing them the whole while, well I’m not but as they say Diet is important to Target as much as exercise but remaining Fit is still essential....... Good Luck with yours!!!!!!!! Sorry I’m way too lazy or still out of shape to offer you a Midriff Shot to confirm it’s effectiveness as I have not been using it as readily as I should but I believe a combination of all that I have mentioned could firm me up (could), you’d think that would be enough motivation!!!!!!!!!! Never underestimate the potential Laziness of another individual........ Matt provided Generally thick enough if you are worried use a Cushion!!!!!!!!!
