My keto toast replacement *by A***4 on Reviewed in the United Kingdom πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ on 22 November 2020* The taste is more corn-based than wheat, and they are not as rough or tough as traditional crispbreads. With most keto things, there's a compromise in terms of the taste/flavour/consistency you might be used to, but I found these delicious with brie, camembert, soft cheese or edam (with toppings), etc and I liked the taste WAY better than any crispbread I've tried. I can see where the reviewer who likened them to ice cream wafers was coming from, but these are much thicker and somewhere between a wafer and a corn crispbread.
