I am 26 and trying to grow a beard. Will this help me grow it in places where I don't have?

I doubt this is genuine due to my first bottle being a totally different colour oil/scent to my second bottle, is this the case?

I have had an issue with this oil . It was purchased from NW Beauty at 10.99 each . The oil was clearly fake compared with previous purchases . I did manage to get a refund .
