This is a great quadcopter which I would recommend to anyone looking to get into flying drones, or even moving from micro-drones to larger drones like this.===Design===Looks very sleek and stylish when flying in the air. I appreciate the matte black colour of the body, makes it look neat. The propellers too are very thick and vibrant in their colour, making it easy to tell its orientation. To accompany this, the LEDs which also indicate its orientation are pretty bright, very handy.===Features/App===This has many features which are present in quadcopters which are hundreds of pounds, besides the GPS of course. The Altitude hold is very accurate, and the auto take off/landing feature is very simple to use. Upon auto-landing, the quad even turns off its motors. This is not typical on quads at this price-point, and I really like this feature.The app to accompany it is also good too, and you can actually solely use this if you don’t want to carry round a large controller with you. But I’d only recommend this really for indoor flights.From the app you can record and take photo, even set it up to view the FPV with a VR headset. There’s also a button you can press that lets you “draw” the path of the drone on your touchscreen. This is a very interesting feature, which I think is really unique. I can see how it could be useful to achieve a gliding horizontal shot on a calm day.Finally, the app lets you see the signal you have to the quad. This is extremely useful, and is definitely going to prevent you from flying it out of range.The controller itself is very nice to hold as well. I was glad to see a light up screen to view the telemetry data, this makes it very clear. The sunshade above where you put your phone is a great touch too. I was able to see it on a sunny day.Finally, the camera on the quad can be detached if you need===Handling===This quad handles like a camera quadcopter. It’s not designed to be a sporty racer. It turns elegantly and very smoothly, even in high wind. This of course means you do need a nice large open space to be able to control it easily. But, it should ensure you can get some nice aerial shots.The power to weight ratio of this quad is also great. The first thing I noticed out the packaging is how light it was. I thought to myself surely there can’t be a battery in there… there was. This, accompanied with the thick propellers means it can speedily raise up in the sky.The battery life is very respectable too. I achieved between 8-10 minutes. The fact that it comes with two 500 mah batteries too is very handy, and means you can get a pretty decent amount of flight time. These batteries also seem to charge pretty quickly, in about 40 minutes. In the past I’ve waited for over an hour for these sized batteries to charge.The WiFi FPV camera attached to this drone is actually removable. This allows you to have a bit of speedy fun if you want without the camera/props/landing gear. I also like thaty you can manually adjust the angle of the camera lens too. This is useful depending on what type of shot you’re looking to get. (the skyline, or an object below – a birds eye view)===Conclsuion===tl;dr – This is a great, stable flier, packed with features that’s perfect for beginners or those looking to get into aerial photography. It’s pleasantly presented in its box and would make for a perfect gift. I would definitely recommend!

The media could not be loaded.  I don't recall ever being quite so stressed when trying something new before. Arriving in a colourful box, this drone requires minimal assembly, just add the blade protectors and feet, charge up the batteries and install, put 4 AAs (not included) into the transmitter and you're ready to go. The batteries are tiny, and two are provided. A USB charger is included into which the battery lead plugs. It only take a few minutes to charge, and each charged battery gives a few minutes of flight time, about 10 minutes or so would be my guess.It's a really good idea to read the manual before starting, especially if, like me, you have zero experience of drones. The controller includes a button which has an up-arrow logo, so I guessed this was the launch button. I decided to test this indoors initially. Bad idea. I switched on the transmitter and drone, nothing happened. A brief glance at the manual revealed that moving the joysticks to the bottom and together was required. I did this and it burst into life, blades spinning though it stayed on the ground. First launch, press the button and up she goes. Long story short, you need to know how to land it, as in a small space these aren't easy to control. Three more failed attempts and a few pieces of bashed furniture later, I called it a day. However, on the plus side I did discover just how robust this drone is!My second effort was more successful. In the garden, I set the trim according to the instructions, and after a few attempts (on a windy day, it has to be said) started to get to grips with the controls. The left joystick manages height, the right direction. What you have to bear in mind is that direction is relative to the green blades, which indicate the front of the drone. So pulling the right joystick down, will move the drone in the opposite direction to where the green blades are pointing. As a previous racer of radio controlled cars, I thought I'd pick this up immediately, but it took a few minutes to get used to it. The drone being blown around in the wind didn't help as despite starting with the front pointing away, it was soon rotated in the breeze.After a few more trial runs, I was further impressed at its robustness, and also it's ability to trim shrubs and flowers with its blades. Several heavy landings and it was no worse for wear. Pulling back and holding on the height joystick cuts out the drive, avoiding risk of burning out the motors.I'm really looking forward to giving this a go in a large open space, and getting to grips with the video camera too. I think a dozen more training flights might be needed before I'm confident enough to risk using this to take video of sporting activities outdoors, which is my ultimate aim. But for now, I'm content that I've bought a very decent entry level drone that will get me up to speed, without risking a small fortune on something really expensive that my lack of skill could easily destroy or lose.I have included a short video of me flying this around a small and busy garden...Anyone looking for something to get into the, um sport (?) should give this a look.

Pay for what you get, this drone is very unstable outside you really need a day where there is no wind to use outside properly as the slightest bit of wind will drive it off course.The camera is not good enough to be able to fly on the camera itself so you have to rely on looking at it which isn’t great as when the wind moves it round you tend to lose control as a novice.Easy to set up, about 5 minutes flying time battery.Not bad but not great either

Dies ist meine erste Drohne die ich mir beworben habe im WHD. Die Handhabung ist einfach und es gibt eine simple Anleitung wie man direkt damit starten kann. Aufbau war einfach und schnell und für Leute die anfangen möchten ist das Produkt passend. Anfangs war eine andere Drohne abgebildet und ich wollte zunächst stornieren aber als WHD dachte ich mir das ok ist. Mittlerweile wurde das Produkt richtig aktualisiert

Ho acquistato questo drone principalmente per poter iniziare a conoscere questo mondo e consentirmi di fare pratica per acquisti futuri. Posso ritenermi soddisfatto poiché il drone si pilota facilmente e permette di fare buone riprese.CONFEZIONEIl drone arriva in una confezione di cartone contenente:- drone- 4 pale di ricambio (2 per verso)- 2 batterie 3.7V 500mAh (una già all’interno del drone)- radiocomando- cacciavite a stella- base per drone e proteggi-eliche- supporto smartphone- caricatore USB per batterie LiPo- manualeDRONEIl design del drone è molto accattivante e la colorazione nero-verde lo rende aggressivo. Le pale presentano anch’esse la colorazione nero-verde per distinguere il fronte/retro del drone e facilitare il pilotaggio, in particolare quelle verdi indicano il lato anteriore. Prima di usare il drone, consiglio di montare i supporti per la base del drone e i proteggi-eliche, per una maggiore sicurezza in fase di atterraggio e di volo rispettivamente. Successivamente possiamo passare a testare il nostro drone molto semplicemente: basta collegare la batteria nel vano apposito, accendere il radiocomando (necessita di 4 batterie AA non incluse), accendere il drone tramite il tasto ON/OFF ed effettuare la calibrazione spostando prima lo stick di sinistra verso il basso e poi quello di destra in basso a destra; il radiocomando emetterà dei bip e successivamente i led del drone smetteranno di lampeggiare. A questo punto siamo pronti a divertirci.Avendo testato altri droni “basic” simili, devo assolutamente segnalare la funzione di sospensione del drone: questa funzione permette a quest’ultimo di alzarsi in volo con semplicità e rimanere sospeso a 1.5m dal suolo consentendoci anche di prendere qualche distrazione. Lo stesso tasto ci permette anche di far atterrare il drone in tutta sicurezza ma anche, tramite la funzione “Emergenza” (attivabile con una pressione prolungata) di spegnere immediatamente le 4 eliche in caso di pericolo di schianto o zone con molta vegetazione. Il radiocomando ha anche la possibilità di modificare la velocità tra due modalità (base, per principianti, e speed), settare il baricentro del drone sull’asse X, Y e rotazione; è possibile anche attivare la funzione “Headless” che permette di pilotare il drone dimenticandoci della posizione della fusoliera. Una funziona molto divertente è la "360° Flip", attivabile tramite l'apposito tasto, che consente di far ruotare il drone di 360° nella direzione che indichiamo con lo stick di sinistra (la funzione non è attivabile quando siamo in modalità Headless). Tramite l’installazione di un’app sul proprio smartphone (personalmente uso FinalCam) è possibile usare la modalità FPV: basta collegare il drone all’APP tramite WiFi e a questo punto è possibile pilotare il drone sullo schermo con gli stessi comandi presenti sul radiocomando; è possibile anche tracciare con un dito il percorso sullo schermo e questo verrà eseguito automaticamente dal drone. Consiglio di NON USARE il drone quando c’è vento poiché si rischia di perderne il controllo. Comunque, nonostante vari crash, il drone non ha mai ricevuto danni. Ogni batteria dura circa 10-15min e si possono ricaricare, una alla volta, tramite l'apposito adattatore USB.CAMERALa camera non è a 720p ma esegue buone riprese video e foto anche se non possiede lo stabilizzatore. Per poter fare video e foto è necessario usare l’app installata. La camera ha la possibilità di installare una microSD (non inclusa).CONCLUSIONEIl prezzo è ottimo per un drone basic e lo consiglio vivamente per prendere la mano e fare pratica prima di passare a droni di livello superiore. Nel complesso, l’ho trovato molto più intuitivo e “sicuro” rispetto ad altri droni simili. La camera non effettua riprese in HD ma sono comunque passabili e ci si può immortalare momenti di svago personale.

Me acaba de llegar el drone que compré a casa. Ya habia tenido otro de caracteristicas similares pero como fué el primero lo tenia un poco golpeado. Este modelo es similar pero tiene alguna mejora que hace más manejable y por eso me decidi por él.Para empezar en la cja viene todo perfectamente empaquetado y ordenado, con las aspas de repuestos, las protecciones de las mismas y los patines sobre los que se apoya el drone, un pequeño destornillador, la emisora con el soporte para el móvil, la segunda bateria de repuesto y un manual de instrucciones.Después de montarlo todo, ya en el aire, la verdad que estoy muy contento porque funciona perfecto y es muy estable. Tiene la opción hovering/control que hace que el drone se mantenga estable en una altura, para poder disfrutar de la cámara que trae cuando esté en el aire.Tienes la posibilidad de hacer acrobacias, que aunque no son necesarias, son muy espectaculares y sencillas de hacer.El drone parece robusto y está bien acabado.Una cosa muy buena es la segunda bateria de repuesto, pues te da más tiempo para jugar, aunque creo que me compraré alguna más.El soporte para el móvil, que va en la misma emisora, va muy bien y se incluye una especie de visera para que los reflejos no molesten a la hora de ver imagenes por el terminal.La cámara del drone dispone de wifi para poder enlazarse con el móvil. El drone funciona bien, hasta ahora no ha dado ningún problema. En la caja faltaba un protector de hélice pero la empresa me ha reembolsado 20 € que he empleado en comprar un pack de protectores de la misma tienda. La tienda tarda en responder a la queja pero es efectiva y se preocupa mucho por la satisfacción del cliente. La cámara funciona perfectamente y tiene una calidad muy aceptable teniendo en cuenta el precio del drone. Además resulta muy útil poder ver los vídeos desde el móvil a tiempo real. Muy fácil de establecer la conexión siguiendo las instrucciones que vi en un tutorial. En cuanto al drone, tiene una relación calidad/precio muy aceptable. Se ve que el material es de calidad, apto para recibir impactos. Además su manejo es muy recomendable para principiantes. Hay que tener en cuenta que el control de un drone no es fácil. Pero las características de este (estabilización de altura, despeje-aterrizaje) lo hacen más manejable para personas que no han pilotado antes.

Ottimo drone per principianti, a mio modo di vedere.L'assemblaggio è semplice e veloce, la qualità non è eccelsa, le plastiche non danno una buonissima impressione, pare che si rompano al primo lieve impatto.La guidabilità è piuttosto semplice, dopo poche ore di pratica si possono iniziare già alcuni voli da diversi minuti ciascuno, anche se a volte riesce difficile capire da che parte è orientato il drone. Si può utilizzare anche un'app per guidarlo, dalla quale si riesce a vedere lo streaming in diretta della telecamera. A me veniva più semplice utilizzare questa piuttosto che il telecomando in dotazione, ma molto dipende anche dalle ore di pratica.La telecamera è la nota dolente, rivenduta come HD non lo è affatto, a mio modo di vedere non raggiunge minimamente la qualità di una 720p. I filmati sono piuttsto scarsi qualitativamente. Inoltre l'orientamento della stessa a volte risulta limitato e le inquadrature non possono essere variate molto.La durata delle batterie infine è molto ridotta, con le 2 batterie in dotazione si riescono a fare pochi minuti di volo, una ventina circa.PRO: prezzo/guidabilitàCONTRO: scarsa qualità materiali/telecamera non HD/durata batterieLo consiglio a chi non vuole svenarsi per acquistare un drone ma vorrebbe iniziare a provarne uno facendo qualche filmato senza grosse pretese.
