Amazing product. I bought it as a Christmas present for myself and I can't stop using it. It makes extremely high and gorgeous waffles in less than 10 minutes.I also made brownies, which came out very good, however as the containers are smaller it will take more time to cook the whole batch. For recipes just use google, there are tons.Never tried to use the doughnut parts, but I'm sure they will work just fine.The top part gets hot, not so that you get any burns but enough to cause the sticker it has attached on to inflate and pop off after a few uses.Only had some smoke with the first use, as stated in the manual.Bought this in 2019 for £30, overall I'm very satisfied, highly recommend this brand.Update 2020I've been using this once a week for months now to make waffles. The plates are still no-stick and the machine is working just fine(all the plastic stickers on the top of the machine have peeled off from the heat within a few uses)Update 2021I've been using this waffle maker once a week since 2019. The plates for the waffles have just now started to loose the non-stick effect but waffles still come out easily if oil is out on the plates beforehand.I have used the other plates too, but rarely so they all still in perfect conditions.Still a happy customer, although the price for this almost doubled...

Arrived well packed and on time, great machine, so easy to use and makes really lovely waffles and doughnuts, not tried the brownies yet, but changing the plates are easy, cleaning the machine is also very easy. Fantastic value for money.

It was great while it lasted but unfortunately that was only 3 waffles.* Edit: I have since been able to try another one. This one didn't even manage to make one waffle before it stopped working. Again the power light just turned off part way through cooking, the waffle maker cooled down and it won't start up again. *I had been hoping to get another one and save my review until then because I might have just received one bad one. But since it's unavailable now I'll leave my review before I forget.It's worth noting that other review pictures I've seen are not the same as the waffle maker I received. I'm assuming the same listing has been edited and used for multiple versions.The waffle maker came in a plain cardboard box with some styrofoam cutouts to keep it secure. Not the most eye catching packaging but not at all important to me.The package included the waffle maker, 3 types of plates and a very small instruction manual describing the basics of how to use the waffle maker.The waffle maker is very basic and simple to use. You plug it in and it heats up. One of the lights turns off when it's up to temperature. You pour waffle batter in, close the lid and wait until it's cooked. You take your waffle out. That's everything. There are no heat settings or timers or anything.The waffle plate was decent. With a spray of oil cooked waffles were easy to remove with a wooden chopstick (good for poking into the little grooves) and it was also easy to clean even with half cooked waffle batter left on it. Just removed the plates and soaked them in some water then scrubbed the stuff off gently.The outside was also fairly easy to clean after some batter spilled out. A gentle scrape with some plastic to remove the stuff and wipe down with some water or cleaning spray. The sliding button thing for removing the plates and the rest of that area was more annoying to clean but still fairly easy with a small brush.It was easy to remove the plates and put them back.I didn't get around to using the other plates since it stopped working. But I assume they would be much the same.The waffle maker did get hot and I did use oven gloves to operate it. I guess it probably could have been more hot. But I wouldn't want kids using it and I'd be a bit uncomfortable using it without gloves.Onto the main issue... It stopped working. Just randomly turned off at one point and never turned back on. I managed to make 3 waffles spread out over a few hours before it stopped working.Returns process was a bit problematic but that seemed to be an issue with the courier service rather than the supplier. It took a long time for me to get my refund but it did happen.I had originally tried to set up a replacement with the seller but that would have involved me setting up a return on a different site so I opted to just return it through Amazon instant. As always that was really simple and other than the delay it went well.Unfortunately it looks like I won't be able to get another one and see if that one works. It's a shame because this waffle maker really seemed like a great and somewhat unique option. I don't see many round waffle makers with removable plates.*Again I was able to get another one. But this one worked for even less time. Either I have horrible luck or these are just bad waffle makers. *

Initially, I had a unit which was faulty. It kept tripping the circuit breakers. I contacted for a return, which I proceeded to process. Then noticed that I would have to pay return postage (to be refunded if faulty). I sent an email to the seller querying why I should have to pay upfront to return a faulty item. They responded within the hour (on a Saturday) saying, not to bother returning the item and sent a replacement.The replacement is working perfectly. It is easy to use and clean, I bought it for my teenage daughter to make healthier waffles and doughnuts for breakfasts and it's certainly living up to expectations.Overall a good product and excellent customer service from Domu UK.
