Product of Taiwan. Ingredients Soybean Oil, Dried Lizardfish, Garlic, Scallions, Sesame, Chilli Powder, Coconut Powder, Ginger, Salt, Pepper. Directions Mix with soy sauce, hoisin, and raw garlic to make a delicious dip for hot pot or barbecue. Add to your stir-fry dishes such as fried rice to add another level of flavor.

**Q: How long does it keep once opened?**
A: If there is a layer of oil over the sauce, and if it is sealed with the lid and stored in a fridge, then this product will still be good after several months.

**Q: Does it contain peanuts?**
A: No peanuts or peanut oil mentioned in ingredients list.  It does, however contain Soybean oil, sesame (4%) and coconut powder, 
Other ingredients are dried Lizard fish (whatever that is), dried shrimp (crustacean), garlic, shallots, chilli powder, ginger, salt and pepper.
