They don't have an overly strong taste (which I like) just stick a spoonful in a smoothie or cereal and you're good to go. Tons of health benefits and they're pretty cheap considering the amount you get so just buy them, I promise you, you're not getting enough fibre in your diet, give your intestines and your toilet a break and get yourself some chia seeds, you'll thank me later

Was told that Chia seeds help to keep you full and because I am trying to change the way I eat, I decided to buy these. Arrived quickly and I like the bag the seeds are in which is resealable. I have been adding the seeds to my breakfast shakes and I also sprinkle them over my dinner. Now I don't know how Chia Seeds are supposed to taste because this is the 1st time I am using them but they don't have much of a taste to me. But then again the flavour of the othet ingredients may have over powered the taste of the Chia seeds. I have read that they have good health benefits but I really only wanted them so I can feel fully for longer and therefore prevent me from picking at foods unnecessarily. The price for this bag is very good from my searching. Seems to work out more in the supermarkets. Only thing I really dislike which isn't a great problem but they get stuck in between your teeth. Ok if I am at home but maybe a bit embarrassing if out and about walking around with black seeds stuck between your teeth at the front of your mouth. Not sure whether I am actually staying fully for longer or if I am just making more conscious decisions but I am not picking as much as before. Overall I am happy with my purchase and would buy again.

J’utilise ces graines de chia depuis quelques semaines et je suis très satisfait de la qualité. Les graines sont bien propres, sans poussière ni impuretés, et le goût est neutre, ce qui les rend faciles à incorporer dans beaucoup de recettes. Je les ajoute surtout dans mes smoothies et mes yaourts le matin : une petite cuillère suffit pour avoir une texture agréable et un bon apport en fibres et en protéines. Elles gonflent bien après quelques minutes dans un liquide, signe qu’elles sont bien fraîches. Le sachet est refermable et pratique à ranger, même si j’aurais aimé un emballage un peu plus rigide pour éviter qu’il ne se plie trop facilement dans le placard. En résumé, un excellent rapport qualité-prix pour ceux qui veulent enrichir leur alimentation naturellement. Je recommande sans hésiter, surtout pour les petits déjeuners équilibrés ou les recettes véganes.
