I kept reading about this game and how it was like gold dust to get hold of so when I saw it in stock I decided to grab it and wrap it up for the christmas party game.I thought it sounded like fun but when Christmas day evening loomed round I started to regret it if I am honest!!!!!I was being badgered to play it and whilst one part of me wanted to the sensible side was saying NOOOOOOO I don't want to get splatted with cream.Obviously I fought the sensible voice - I had to as I would of looked pretty mean and stupid if I didn't having been the one to buy the game.Next problem was not having squirty cream in the house - We had every kind but the squirty cream so I drove out to find a shop that sold it Christmas day night………..As you can imagine I was going more and more off the idea and stupidly I hadn't read the instructions at that stage else I would of realised that you also get a sponge which you can wet and use instead.Anyway cream found and game on I had no other choice but to partake to my families delight and all I can say is this……………What a thoroughly funny and hilarious game.We took our turns and got splatted when unlucky with the cream - we was crying with laughter at each others faces and reactions and I have to say this is one of the best silly games I have ever played.It really brought us all together - mainly in our lack of dignity when looking through a face full of cream. How can you be taken seriously and thats what the key ingredient of this game is. Life is so serious that to let your hair down and just have fun is priceless.As for the replacement of cream with a sponge !! No way its cream all the way for us now, just makes it even more fun.I think its worth adding as well that unlike other games that have a pressure point this one cannot be read so you really don't know and cannot work out when that arm is going to lift and splat you. Excellent.I have been asked to purchase this for my grown up son now as he loves it and wants one for his house (no children to blame for owning it either).This is definitely a game for all all ages if you have a sense of humour :)

What can we say, seen all the hype about this around Christmas time and avoided it like the plague. It just looked messy and annoying. Boy were we wrong. Bought it as a little fun addition for a recent birthday, and it was the highlight of the night! Quick trip to the local shop for some skooshy cream, and young and old were entertained for hours. It seems quite cheaply made, and the handles don't turn as well as they could, but the fun factor gives it the 5 star review. Don't expect a well made robust game, expect a highly charged fun experience, and you won't be disappointed. It's a LITTLE messy, but unlike the picture on the box, the cream remains relatively contained, and you have the option of using a sponge if you wish.

OK - so I ask myself - was this item worth its £30 price tag??? My honest reply would have to be NO! Its a very simple design with not much to it to warrant the fee!!!! BUT - I ask myself again - was this item worth its £30 price tag??? And I would have to answer honestly once more with a resounding Oh My Giddy Aunt - YES!!!!!!!!!!! Simple as it is - it was by far the most family fun we had on boxing day (honestly, nothing to do with blatantly and repeatedly smushing my mother-in-law in the face with spray cream - fresh of course!!!) We had a ball with it - and I'm certain we will have just as much fun next time we play with it!!!!! Defo 5 big stars and many thumbs up from us!!!!!!!

A good game and brilliantly funny, although the basic equipment is very cheap and won't last forever. Be careful what you pay for this, as I paid nearly £30 and have since seen it for £10 less through other sellers. That said, we have had a lot of laughs, even as an adult toy at Christmas - miserable Uncle George covered in squirty cream is even funnier than when the kids are playing it.

Decent product for the price; it serves its purpose and gets the job done.

Got the game for a family event after seeing the reviews and youtube videos.It was fun for a while and we all had a laugh. However, it goes off pretty much every turn which reduces some of the suspense of whether you will get splatted. You can only get pie faced so many times before it starts getting old. For that reason I would question the replay value where adults are involved. The second thing to note, and this for me was the reason I sent it back, is the build quality. It is made from extremely flimsy plastic, certainly nowhere near what you would expect from a £30 toy. The hand had started to bend after our first use. My 5 year old may have been a little heavy handed putting it away but all the same. Estimated cost to build I would say at most is £2 to £3 so this is quite the mark up. I see they have just increased the price again to £39 which is complete extortion, it was £19 originally! You have been warned.

Pie face was the hotof Christmas last year, with kids demanding it and poor parents having cream squished on their faces , much to kids amusement.This is the original cpversion m have they have tried to adjust them and I believe the best .In my eyes it's very flimsy plastic and cardboard and not worth the money. However for the kids they adore it and think it's briliant.You have to set it up and constunct it yourself , but it is easily done and you usually find a pair of tiny hands has gotten in before you !You need to buy your own whipped cream , and you will need a few cans as the kids get carried away !The idea is you put your face in the holder and turn the handle to see if it will splat you with cream. There is a cardboard indicator that you spin to see how many times you need to turn the handle . It is funnny and the tension on some people's faces are hilarious. If your unlucky you get splatter!It comes with a sponge but your going to need several cleaning clothes, I recommend having some towels and plenty of cleaner ready . Also put a towel or something cleanable underneath it as the cream gets everywhere .It's a messy game, I think cheaply made but it is fun for kids and adults .
