This product is identical to the one at the pharmacy at a fraction of the cost, I highly reccommend the use of this for your daily vitamin supplement.

Don't know exactly how to rate a supplement like this, except to say that when my blood labs were done, my levels were normal, notably my B-12.

I bought this because company has a good reputation. Seems to be fine although I really cannot compare it to another brand.
