Longtime buyer for stomach - always pleased
I bought these for the first time years ago and have been a repeat buyer ever since. They’re great for settling the stomach in a natural way. I take anywhere between 1-3 a day. Upset stomach? One of these and a peppermint tea and there’s a good chance you’ll feel at least somewhat improved.

My go too turmeric supplement
Great product which is potent and absorb well. I particularly like the addition of bromelain for supporting the body. Have tried many other turmeric supplements and mixes but this is the in for me and I highly recommend.

They do the job, but are chalky and very hard to swallow.
I didn't expect these to do anything but thought they were worth a try. But I've noticed a big reduction in pain and swelling which I'm very pleased with. However, they are awful to swallow. I have no issue taking tablets, and take some which are twice the size of these without any problems, but these are almost impossible to swallow without them sticking. It's not the size, they're not that big, it's the texture. It's like trying to swallow powdery chalk. They have little or no coating and they stick to the tongue and throat. I snap them in half to make it easier but they still get stuck. I use plenty of water, and take several pills at the same time, but these I have to take in individual halves, even then I have choked on them a couple of times. I wish they'd coat them. As it is I find them to be a choking hazard. I want to continue using them for the pain relief benefits but I'm not sure I can. I do recommend them for pain relief, but beware, especially if you have issues swallowing pills.

Miracle cure
Helps a lot with my indigestion/acid reflux. Normally I'll just take one tablet before each main meal (lunch/dinner) in times when I'm more prone to getting indigestion, such as over the Christmas period if I'm drinking more alcohol and eating a poorer diet. A couple of days unhealthy like that, and I used to feel acid upto my eyeballs. Now, if I feel indigestion coming on, as soon as I take one of these I'm fine again for at least a few hours.I know that not everyone's indigestion is brought on by poor lifestyle choices, but I would say it works for any indigestion in general.Another good natural supplement for indigestion is peppermint tea, if anyone is looking. The hardest bit is remembering to take a tablet with you if you're going out!Other than that, I can't recommend ginger enough.
