RESISTANCE BAND PURPLE

So i bought this thinking i would use it for pull ups because i can't do them and have a desire to do more than the 3 unassisted pull ups i can just about manage on my own. However the bigger benefit I've found is using this band for stretching, I've definitely increased my mobility and flexibility which I'm enjoying a lot more. Ultimately i bought this for one purpose and found a better use for it in my own circumstances. Its brilliant quality, durable and holds my weight (98kg)

I purchased the purple band as I figured it would be happy medium between giving me some resistance but not being overly difficult to work with. Firstly the band does not have an unpleasant odour at all. It has a slight smell, but it's not strong and not unpleasant. I was attending a physiotherapist who gave me a resistance band and the smell of it was gross, which is why I went for this instead and I am very happy. The band is very sturdy and is quite thick. I inspected for damage and tears when I received it and it was in perfect condition. I am very happy and hopefully this will help me get some strength back after a hamstring injury.

Hi guys just a heads up on this one, I'm an avid gym goer I weigh 14stone and I can happily use these bands for pull-ups (they will almost just hold my weight and pull me up alittle, because of that if your stronger get a smaller band) if needed, I use them for banded squats and goodmornings. My partner now even uses them for pull ups and dips, I have a friend who had theirs from MYPROTEIN and these are identical. Great product, will buy another soon 💪

Band is completely stuck to itself and is ripping trying to open it! Almost like the band has been on the shelf for years. Absolutely useless

Although they have just started to perish and break, I’ve had these for 8 years. They have been left outside and used 3-4 times a week. So I’d say been an excellent product.

I've a had the green band for about two months and I'm very happy with it. It's a good quality product and has just the right amount of resistance for me.

I own 2 orange, 2 Green, 2 purple and 2 red and I use these for reverse band presses reverse band squats and so on and I have to say they are well made, no issues, tension feels the same on each side, they don't deform under high loads, I personally have had 140kgs loaded on the bench with 2 reds and it's great, ive also used 2 purple with band squats and they really do resist the way they say they do, worth every penny ive spent on these and I intent to own a pair of each for regular progression
