Excellent flip book for any child who likes space.
I first saw this (and several other Peep Inside books) in WHSmith and after having a quick flick through them, they seemed ideal presents for my young nephews. There are quite a few titles to cater to a variety of interests; such as Peep Inside: * Night-time * Dinosaurs * Beauty and the Beast < This one looks so good! * Cinderella < Also looks really good! * Little Red Riding Hood < Basically, the fairytale edition ones are my favourite. * The Zoo * The Castle * The Garden * The Farm * Animal Homes * The Jungle They are board back books so fairly sturdy which I prefer when buying books for children. The flaps inside are a little stiff which is completely normal for a new book. I would maybe recommend that an adult go through the book before giving it to the child and open all of the flaps so that it is easier for them to see where they are and in which direction they flip open. I say this more to avoid damaging the book as a few times my nephews (age 3 and 5) tried to open the flap in the wrong direction, which would have caused it to be ripped. Overall they loved this book and sat so nicely while we read it together. The content is focused a little more on astronauts than it is planets but they still really enjoyed it and I would definitely recommend buying this.

Wonderfully written and illustrated
This book has information written in an engaging way. The flaps make children understand the concept of space better at a young age. One of the best books on space for a 2 year old.

My 2 years old daughter loves this range of books, weโve already got the farm, sea and night-time variations. A fun, interactive introduction to many different topics with beautiful illustrations to keep little ones entertained.

Our favourite books.
My daughter loves unborn peep inside books so she was excited when this arrived to add to the collection. Yet again very eye catching pages that Capture the attention of my 3 year old. She loves the flaps and I love how she is learning and remembering about space while we read.

Full of interesting information
Really cute little information book for younger ks1 kids bought for my baby and was unsuitable as the sinker pages are thin and easily torn but perfect for my older children lots of interesting info inside

Baby loves this colourful, sturdy book
My daughter loves it. She is a little small for this but she loves to lift the flaps and tell a story. The book is sturdy enough for an almost 2 year old to handle, which is saying a lot. Its a great introduction to space and I am loving the Usborne books.

Love
Usborne books are my favorite. Iโve never bought them off amazon so I was a little skeptical but the book came in perfect condition and the quality was top notch. My 10 month old loves this book because of all the flaps and holes on the pages. Super cute educational read.

Great quality, poor content
While I absolutely love most of Usborne produced books, this series is a letdown. Peep Inside Space is probably my least favourite among the "Peep Inside" books, and I'm a bid fan of all things space... Firstly, it is way too simplistic - yes, kids are not capable of understanding some concepts, but it doesn't mean you need to avoid any possible complexities and play as safe as possible. Show us real details of spaceships, teach us new words. Tell us how things work. Look at real space vehicles and copy the main details into the book, don't just put a bunch of meaningless pipes and wires around without any context. Let us know what they are for! Astronauts eating sandwiches and playing with humanoid robots is ridiculous. If it's for kids it doesn't mean it has to be silly. Learning how they eat out of plastic packets and do experiments with animals or plants is just as fun, but also is true. Big pity that the quality of print isn't matched by the quality of content...
