Looking for something that's not quite a chair and not quite a sofa/futon/bed to relax in? I was and after searching for comfy chairs I stumbled across the bean bag chair. I've had bean bags when I was a kid but as a grown up? Intrigued, I read on. It's adult sized with a bit at the back that sticks up when you sit down and provides you with back and head support and the bag shifts depending on your position on the bag. The 4 and 5 star testimonials sealed the deal and I bought one.First off, delivery: faultless. I ordered late on Sunday night and it arrived at 11am on Tuesday morning. Amazingly fast delivery. It comes in a large box and nothing else - it's not fine china is it? A bean bag chair is not likely to be damaged in transit.And the chair itself. I'm sat in it now, upright and comfy though earlier today I was watching a blu-ray on my laptop and was nearly horizontal. The head rest and recliner go back a long way when you stretch out and it's so comfortable. I'm 5'10" and it fits me fine though for maximum laziness I'm thinking of buying another bean bag (not chair) for a footrest.The material is just right, firm but soft enough. If you want to remove or add beans to the bag there's a zip at the back for customisation. I bought it to relax in and sink into which you can't do with my swivel chair. It's great for sprawling in and surfing the net or reading a book. Great product, highly recommended.

My wife and I had an odd reason for buying a bean bag, in that we have just bought a puppy and wanted to be able to sit down for hours at a time on the kitchen floor without destroying our 40-year old backs and bottoms. We had the idea of a bean bag so went to have a play with what Dunelm had got. We weren’t massively impressed with the quality or price, but a quick search unearthed the Bazaar gaming bean bag chair which came with good reviews for a reasonable price.Well I can only add to those good reviews. It’s a been an excellent purchase and despite out puppy’s best efforts the material has proven resilient. It’s very comfortable and is great to have as an occasional chair for the dozens of visitors we’ve suddenly had since acquiring the puppy. And after I’ve got through the next few months it’ll go back to what the manufacturers intended it for and I’ll park myself in front of the PS4 in it while a juvenile border collie looks at me waiting for its next run around the park.

HAS quite a nice neutral colour and serves a purpose as a relatively cheap, temporary chair when there are too many visitors to accommodate on your conventional chairs and sofa. I can imagine it being a useful for gamers, though I didn't buyit for that. ON the downside I did note a few comments reporting it was too small for taller people. I think there is some mileage in this. While I am just under 6ft and had to push down quite hard to get sufficent back rest, I can imagine someone well over 6ft not achiveing this. For a slightly bigger bag I would have given this a rating of 5 stars.

The filling it comes with does the job, however it could’ve used a little more filling as you can see from the pictures it lacks shape until you sit on it + give it shape, non the less tho it really is comfy even my roommates love it. If you do get this you’ll fall in love with it + probably want to invest in get more filling. In terms of gaming I don’t use it for gaming on the laptop since my setup is too big, but this is perfect for console gaming or Nintendo switch gaming or simply just sleeping on :p

Love it.....my tall 13 year old and Dad 6'2" fit comfortably and head rest is at perfect height, it is wide and roomy too. Bought the matching stool aswell, which was also great size and height. Delivery was bad, delivered approx a mile away, I had to taxi to collect, and company's customer service were no help at all.

I've wanted one of these for years, and previously bought a beanbag and footstool from the same company.It is quite large so if you're ordering it make sure you're at home or at least can take a taxi wherever it is delivered. Unlike my previous beanbag, it didn't come pre-covered with plastic out of the box and is slightly heavier, so I had an interesting time taking it home on public transport!I'm 5' 5" (about 165cm) tall and over 70kg and I was buried in it. In fact, a work colleague ordered one just before Christmas and loved it as well. The construction is quite good (no nicks or dodgy stitching), it didn't start going flat until two months later despite sitting/sleeping in it every day. Refills are easy to come by and the ban bag has a compartment to keep the beans in so its not too awkward to refill (beware static especially if you don't get your refill beans in a mesh bag)I wasn't sure if it worth it but it is; if it's anything like my last beanbag, it will be around for years.

I bought the faux leather bean bag chair in black for my son at christmas and am completely delighted. Its a good size, looks like real leather, comfortable (although we thought it had too many beans in at the beginning but after a few uses some of them seem to have compressed and its perfect now. Unlike fabric covers which look grubby quickly it remains smart and new looking. He uses it for many hours of gaming in his bedroom and even brings it to the living room with him when watching TV. Would recommend it to anyone. It's just great to see a present being used and appreciated so much - money well spent!
