Omron NE-C28P Compressor Nebuliser, 60 dB

I read the reviews & found like-minded users for my needs thanks to Amazon's reviews for items this helped me decide. It took me a long time to choose as I wanted a well-made robust machine and although this Omron C28P is designed in Japan they are, in fact as it states, made in China. As are the German-designed ones. Thanks to Amazon I was now also assured I would receive a brand new unopened machine unused, untried by someone who orders items then sends them back 'used' Still I checked completely to make sure all was brand new. It came the next day with Prime well packaged and all perfect. It's quite loud with a powerful motor but on a soft surface like a mattress, the sound is much more muted. *Obviously one should be with the appliance while switched on at all times if doing this in case of fire. it's probably not recommended I just wanted it quieter for the sick birds. You can hear the sound in my video it's not bad at all & the most nervous of birds wasn't fazed by it. The instructions are plain and simple, easy to follow. Cleaning is quick and easy. While rehabilitating the wild bird I was very surprised to see the lice which attack sick birds falling off dying or dead. I was using F10 Antiseptic for nebulizing wild birds & animals. The bird loved the cold steam & was trying to bathe in it spreading his wings fanning his tail & opening his broken beak. The machine saved us from using poisons and invasive treatments to remove infections. I was able to treat the bird with a 'hands-off' method which is much better for a bird to be released back into the wild. Using on another bird, struggling to breathe, it gave comfort almost immediately. The new version of the model was unsuitable for my particular needs due to the handheld part needing to be manipulated by the user & the device needing to be breathed into but this older model is perfect & half price on Amazon. When used in a closed-in area, like a nebulizing box for animals, the space quickly fills with the healing medicated steam droplets with a powerful amount of steam. I did not use this method in my video as I only needed the bird to breathe in the steam in the jet, I was also impressed by this steam produced. The solid feel of the machine & long guarantee have assured me I made the right choice. Already it's had plenty of use, 4 times on some days. Another life saved with this again today.

For some time I have been suffering with congested lungs, and this machine, used three or four times a day, clears my lungs completely ...... For the first time in ages I have been able to take a brisk walk without getting out of breath ...... Brilliant bit of kit ......Update ...... At the time I bought this one some two and a half years ago, I had recently been in hospital, as a result of coughing up blood ...... The main cause of my problems was the fact that my front door opens directly onto the A38, with all it's traffic pollution ...... It's at it's worst when there is an overcast sky and little or no wind to disperse the pollution ...... I still have the problem with the traffic pollution, but even when it's at it's worst, three or four sessions a day keeps my lungs clear ...... I use the Physiodose treatment with it, and it works well.

Very good nebuliser very similar to the one I had to use in hospital as I’m asthmatic.it has all the necessary extras for children to use ..ie small mask and mouthpiece..The adult mask is good as this covers nose and mouth .It is fairly noisy and easy to assemble..This was a lifesaver for me as I had a chest infection plus asthma ..worth the money .

While this would not have been my first choice of unit, it was essential when we contracted Covid, so decided to try it despite some negative comments. It certainly is noisy. I guess it has a very substantial motor and will hopefully last a long time, so for the 15 minutes or so it is in use, I either put up with it or put some headphones on to drown some of the noise out. I made up a saline solution to which I added a very low concentration (0.1%) hydrogen peroxide and a drop of Lugols iodine and filled this to the top line. It is ample for one session and if you don't want 15 minutes of time, two people can share one batch of mixture. Overall it is easy to use. The face masks are not great quality and should not be cleaned in boiling water as suggested for the other parts as they deform. Overall a good product and certainly works well but not one if you dislike a very loud noise. It is certainly not a unit that is ideal for travelling as it is fairly large and heavy. That said, it is only a concern if you are flying somewhere.

El nebulizador vino perfectamente embalado, sin desperfectos. Trae todos los accesorios que indica la caja. Una vez enchufado, y los productos colocados en el depósito a tal efecto el nebulizador comienza a Permite producir aerosoles que con la mascarilla se aspiran y pasan al pulmón, principalmente a las vías bajas. La cantidad de aerosol y la velocidad de nebulización es buena, con lo que medicación se administra con facilidad y bastante rapidez (Broncodilatadores, corticosteroides, etc) o simplemente suero fisiológico. Es un aparato casi profesional. Los puntos a mejorar son el nivel de ruido que es algo alto pero no molesto y la mascarilla que la veo endeble. Con todo, aparato muy recomendable con buena relación calidad-precio. Lo recomiendo

J'ai acheté ce nébuliseur pour soigner un poney de 30 ans qui a de l'emphysème. C'est parfait ! L'appareil fonctionne bien, est assez robuste et pas trop bruyant. Il suffit de fixer le bocal sous un petit seau en plastique dans lequel on rentre le nez du poney. On fixe une sangle qui passe derrière ses oreilles et le tour est joué. Il y a juste un petit bricolage à faire : Trouer le seau et trouver un système pour que le bocal tienne sous le seau. Le vétérinaire avait essayé de nous décourager de lui faire des inhalations en nous disant que le prix du nébuliseur est beaucoup trop cher. C'est sûr que si on achète le modèle pour cheval Horseneb, ça coûte 650€ !!! Attention quand même, le nébuliseur Omron est adapté pour la capacité respiratoire d'un poney (enfin, normalement d'un humain ...). Si vous avez un cheval, il suffirait de mettre 2 nébuliseurs en même temps. Ça vous coûtera toujours moins cher que le Horseneb ! N'oubliez pas d'habituer très progressivement votre cheval. D'abord au bruit, ensuite à la nébulisation avec que de l'eau et enfin avec les huiles essentielles. Veillez aussi à ce que votre cheval ne lève pas la tête sinon la nébulisation ne se fera pas bien. 2 séances de 10 min par jour pendant 5 jours ont été suffisantes pour que notre poney crache le mucus qui le gênait. Maintenant on lui fait par cure d'entretien. Et en plus il apprécie.

Dieses Gerät kann ich ruhigen Gewissens empfehlen. Beim ersten Lauf roch es etwas aus de Lüftung, was sich aber beim 2. Gebrauch aber verflüchtigt hatte. Das Gerät läuft zwar etwas laut, aber eine weiche Unterlage dämpft das Laufgeräusch erheblich. Ich hatte die Bewertungen über das Gerät im Vorfeld gelesen und wusste daß es nicht gerade lautlos war, mich störts nicht. Das Gerät arbeitet sehr zuverlässig und der Kaufpreis machte mir die Kaufentscheidung leicht. Wen also das Laufgeräusch nicht stört, ist mit dem Gerät sehr gut bedient.

Le produit semble bien robuste. Il est livré avec tout le nécessaire pour 1 an d'utilisation : le fabricant recommande de remplacer les masques, le tuyaux et les mini filtres périodiquement. C'est livré avec un sac pour le rangement ou le transport. Pour le transport d'ailleurs on oublie ! Ok c'est possible mais l'appareil est relativement lourd et encombrant (le côté robuste...). C'est un appareil résidentiel parfait : stable et inspirant la solidité. La technologie limitant la perte du produit vaporisé quand on expire est vraiment une bonne idée ! Un seul point négatif pour moi : un peu bruyant, on ne l'utilisera pas à proximité de quelqu'un qui dort par exemple

Tolles Gerät, funktioniert einwandfrei. Wie immer sollte man die Bedienungsanleitung vorab lesen und entsprechend das Gerät in Betrieb nehmen. Die Lieferung war super schnell - sehr professionell ! Meine Rückfrage beim Lieferant wurde schnell und freundlich beantwortet ! Lautstärke des Kompressors ist sehr angenehm. Hinweis: Das Gerät wurde mit einem normalen Euro-Flachstecker geliefert (hier hatte mich die Artikelbeschreibung etwas verwirrt), kann also problemlos überall verwendet werden.
