Very quiet and easy to use
Wife had a tommee tippee single pump, sounded like a car tyre pump or the armageddon noise you hear in movies! Then bought the tommee tippee Manuel pump and that was rubbish, neither got much milk out. Got this to double productivity; Firstly comes with more bits like different breast cups and bottles, the noise is near silent it's more like a phone vibrating on the sofa. The unit has better, and automatic, settings so you can get the best functions and the screen tells you how long you've been pumping which my wife wanted to know. All in all so much better than T/T units however you need to source your own cleaning unit as it doesn't come with one. We used the Tupperware steriliser that came with T/T pump and make sure it's completely dry before use. Can be single or double use.

Definitely recommend for let-down function & electronic display
Everything is great about this machine - let down function when starting a session is especially useful to stimulate production, as is the timer, as is the control over suction speed and pressure. It's amazing for the price! Especially considering more expensive models do not all have an electronic display. The flanges may not fit but have nice cushions around the edge so if they fit they're likely to be superior to other flanges g hopefully you are lucky enough to suit one of the sizes supplied with the machine! I have a large cup size (L to M cup post-partum) and Lansinoh recommended over the phone that Medela flanges do fit on this machine so I use those. They are launching a bigger size soon they said. Angela at Lansinoh even offered to refund me due to this so the manufacturers customer service us great. Glad I stuck with this though even with the flange size issue! The bottles are a bit too long for my personal comfort so I use Tommee Tippee adaptor rings and attach their Express & Go milk pouches. Again this could be me as I'm not an average-sized. The machine is great and I prefer it to several others. Definitely recommend.

Amazing - comfortable and effective
Highly effective pump even for someone begining to express for the first time. It has a let down feature which stimulates more milk. Very comfortable and easy to use and sterlise. Comes with a bag and spare parts too. Two minor things which would improve it 1. If you unplug whilst it is going it will stop even if you have batteries in it. It would be much better if it were rechargable with the ability to unplug mid pump to move around if needed. It is however perfectly fine to use with batteries. 2. It is not subtle at all- you look like a cow attached to a milking machine. Perhaps a little pack that you wear to prevent the big bulky control panel leading out of your top.

The best for nursing mom's
With an 11year gap between my two children everything felt bran new. Having only managed to breast feed for two weeks with my first. I decided to do some research as manually expressing with my first was a complete disaster. I came across a few pumps, what was rate (top of the range) I decided to go with the lansinoh double pump and it was best decision. Lansinoh states that there's no milk that feeds back into the tubing which is completely true. Which means you only need to clean and sterilise the breast cups and bottles. A lot of reviews raved about the noise but it doesn't bother me at all and it doesn't wake my baby girl. Double pumping can feel a little invasive so the adjustable suction levels was perfect and doesn't leave you feeling like a human cow. The only thing I'd highly recommend is buying a pumping bra. Having done my research I found a lot of people complained about it not being hands free. Lansinoh do suggest buying a pumping bra especially if your busy like I am. Having already got both breast pump and bra before my baby girl arrived was a godsend. I first tried it without the pumping bra and I felt uncomfortable but using the bra made me feel a lot more relaxed and still able to use my hands for other things. I would really suggest anyone buying this to also invest in one. I bought the simple wishes pumping bra which is also on Amazon for about £36 small to large. The straps are adjustable and come with an extra adjustable zip which was perfect. The lansinoh double pump has allowed me to express around my busy lifestyle. It also makes me feel great that I'm still giving my baby breast milk as I struggle to breast feel naturally with latching on and my nipples feeling really sore or sensitive. The other thing I really loved was that it you can manually customise this bump to your baby's needs. I wasn't sure on how you did that at first put you pick it up and it simulates your babys feeding. I've been expressing for 3 weeks now and feel very confident that having this will keep my milk flowing for few months. If any new moms are struggling with milk production this is perfect. I pump 4 to 5 times a day for 15 minutes but if I find my milk flow is a little less I just add an extra session in and it boosts my milk supple. This is a bit of long review but if there's anyone like me you like to know all the little details to help you decide.

Very Disappointed
Hi, I was very happy with this when it first arrived. I was delighted to finally have a good brand name pump that was going to last me unlike the cheaper options I'd used previously, and it was comfortable and easy to use. But I haven't had it for more than a few weeks now and it's no longer working efficiently, I already have to buy new parts for it and they cost nearly as much as the pump. There's air getting in somewhere so I've replacement the valves, and the flanges, tightened the top you name it.. But the suction still isn't as good. It's as if there's a hole somewhere I cant find so there's only efficient suction on one side while the other side only half pulls. I'm really frustrated by this because honestly the cheap brand I had before this lasted me alot longer and since it broke they refunded me and I used that money towards getting this thinking the better brand would last me longer, but the quality of material is the exact same only the valves last longer in the cheaper brand and I actually can't afford to replace all the parts of this having JUST invested in it. Not one but happy because now I have to go buy another pump one that's easier to get buys for 😕

Perfect
I love this pump! I’d bought a manual one before the baby arrived but after having problems with feeding in the hospital and needing to express regularly, we quickly realised we needed an electric pump as the manual was a lot if work for frequent use. I found this more effective than the hospital grade pumps, comfortable, super easy to clean and set-up, and it was reasonably priced. Another major plus - no leaking!!! And I think you can attached the Lansinoh bags directly to the pumps but I haven’t tried this yet. So impressed I’ve recommended it to my pregnant friends!

Fantastic double pump
Purchased after having a few issues breastfeeding my newborn. Milk came in quite slowly but this double pump have been a life saver as I am able to express a full feed in 15-20 minutes. Defintiely worth getting the storage pouches and / bottles to supplement the pumps. The kit comes with two bottles and two sizes of breast funnels. The device operates on mains power or batteries (not included). There is also a decent sized travel bag to store everything in. You can operate as a single or double pump so you can express one breast whilst feeding with the other should you desire. It is a little fiddly to operate when both pumps attached especially if you lose the vacuum as you end up with a dribble down your top. Overall a must have purchase for any new or expectant mother looking to breastfeed but having problems with flow.

Consigliato
