The Robust feel of old-school quality!
The weight and feel of this small machine, as my headline states, is robust and classy like an italian vespa! It feels like a machine that for once, WASN'T built with built-in-obsolescence in mind, this feels like it was built to last!Which as far as i'm concerned in this day and age, is unheard of...... at least it seems to me like it doesn't really happen anymore.I went for the Italian red with black fixtures, I mean red n black c'mon.....What can I say It looks great!!Functionality? The water was really perfect, nice and hot but not scold-your-mouth and burn your bean kinda hot! What else, Ohhhh the handle! Pffft when I pulled tht sucker down it had a weighty feel to it, I was pulling a handle.... downward, y'know something a newborn could do, but it felt like I had scaled olympus, performed Herculean tasks, carried the world a-top my shoulders like Atlas. What i'm saying is, It's bizarre how satisfyingly good it can feel to use good quality machinery. What else? You want more? Have I already drunk four cups of coffee? can you even get drunk off of coffee?I dunno you tell me!More:- It came with a luxury looking box of 14 free Nespresso coffee capsules. For some who get carried away with the machine and forget to buy the coffee, without the coffee, this machine serves no purpose, so that's full functioning all in one box, this will be a welcomed surprise and an instant smile generator!Plug it in, press and hold the two buttons and it's on. Add your H2O Not to be confused with J2O, add your favourite flavour capsule while you wait the 5 seconds for it to finish it's start-up process and it's ready.A note, Although the coffee was great, beautifully blended with that lovely creamy barista coffee look...It didn't puncture the capsule the first time I pulled the handle down. Not an issue!! and definitely not a complaint. It's actually a pleasant surprise, i've used these machines countless times and a lot of them don't always puncture the capsule, in fact i'd say it's a regular occurence. My point is that some machines try to send the water through anyway, and there's this huge mess all over the shop. With this, you just lift the handle up, retrieve your capsule from the container underneath, and pull it down again, Presto! Or Nes'PrestoJust a small copyright/name change there for you guys. It's so fast and simple you clearly shoulda called it that, You can have that one for free!Feel free to send me all the stuff you'd like reviewed ok!Cheers for the coffee!

Still going strong after 9.5 years.
I first bought my Inessia after a trip to Florence. I used it for several years before forgetting about it, even though it remained in the corner of the kitchen. After a recent trip to Germany where I used a similar machine with a fascinating range of pods I started using my Krupps machine again. Of course, I needed to run though a descaler for it to work properly after all that time - but coffee and its crema is perfect. Coffee pods are far more available these days and Tesco do a great range of compatible pods. The right coffee cups make the drinking experience an authentic one.

Love it but it came with a Spanish plug
Came with a Spanish plug but they supplied an adapter. Still makes great coffee, even if I do use the cheaper ones from Aldi

Good product at a good price
I was ticked off for making a mess with a cafetiere. This machine is simple to use and makes little mess: you simply refill with water daily, empty the tray of used capsules, and empty the drip tray. The machine occupies little room and is neat in appearance. Make sure you have an electric socket next to where you will place the machine: the cord is short. The machine uses very high pressure to push water through the coffee resulting in a good density and taste. The brand name capsules are expensive at c. 30p each. I buy them in Lidl at 18p and find the quality just as good. This machine is sold at a good price.

Nespresso By KRUPS Inissia Ruby Red
Superb machine. Very simple to use, which is just as well because the instructions that come with it are very poor. The machine comes with 16 different capsules so you can try varying coffee's with different intensity ratings. The coffee is very good indeed, and it is produced very quickly so you're not waiting around. It's very easy to maintain and I am happy to recommend it to anyone looking for such a machine.I personally did not see the value of paying an extra £50 or so for an extra aerocinno that basically heats up your milk and whisks it at the same time. I can do that myself with a pan or microwave - but each to their own on that one.The bottom line is that the coffee is fantastic and the machine is well made and easy to use.

PERFECT COFFEE, PRONTO with NO MESS
FAB! Quick, simple and a lovely cup of coffee with no mess. Just remember to regularly do a cup WITHOUT a coffee pod - to clean the plumbing.I like the idea that you can programme the 2 different cupfuls to suit your preference on quantity of liquid - it tells you in the instructions. Certainly far superior to all other coffee makers. TOP TIP buy the pods from Lidl, they are much cheaper - about half the price of the Nespresso ones and as good.
